The trask hatchery fish don't bite in tillamook. Idk what their problem is, but it's rare to get them

Landed probably 10 hatchery fish since Tuesday morning. They don't have a problem biting eggs and shrimp!
6:25 he shouldve taken the other jig/bead out of that fishes mouth.
