It's actually not that smart, unless you devote your entire life to it. It's a full time job to keep track of enough coupons to justify the time spent. What I mean is, sure you saved 300. But you also spent a week or 2, collecting, keeping track and planning the coupons. If you worked instead - you would have ended up with more money.

As a mother of a 3 year old, a bit of advice to any future mothers out there. NEVER stockpile diapers. Babies grow weird. My daughter as a size 3 for a long time while her 1 month younger cousin practically skipped from a size 2 to 4 before her. You can also never be sure if that brand will work for your baby (some will always leak because the baby is moving around a lot) or if they are allergic to that brand. Believe me, that is not a fun thing to discover. Same thing with baby food, pacifiers, even shoes (not all brands are good). You can get clothes, but don’t get a ton. You will usually get a lot from family and friends and babies grow fast too.

We would never ever have this out here. The supermarkets BARLEY give you any points for spending hundreds of dollars and the points expired after couple of months 🤣🤣 Also if you are not paying real money or full price you won't get any points so no point of shopping in sales if you are planning to stock up on your loyalty points. On the other hand, the US has a crazy system on coupons!! But people are still poor and hungry over there! I wonder why??
