I've put a card of the complete build in the beginning of each of these individual parts, so if KZread recommended this video to you, but you haven't seen the full build video, watch that instead, as it's the full thing start to finish.

I like that you leave in those grunts of frustration. Makes it that much more relatable. Sick build bro
I have accidentally watched 10 of your videos. I wanna do what you do and have a lot to learn. Thank you for posting your work. Subscribed.
What a great job you did - also, the editing was perfect, it was fun to watch all the fabrication! Well done mate. Also I love the way the Moto Guzzi engines sound. If I were riding again, I'd look hard at them.
First Time I see "ASMR" and "twin turbo" in the same title. It's gonna be interesting

The builder is clearly a person without proper knowledge of metalworking yet. He still manages to get it done but the process and end results do need to be refined. Good job, you are on your way to be a good metal fabricator some day.

American chopper - each week they'd recreate pretty much the same bike but with a different scheme using lots of bought in parts . And every week the result would look stupid . A real build takes time and ingenuity and patience , not just coke and steroids and shouting.

I love watching this build man.
It is comming together real nice!

I admire the skill and knowledge. Even though the finishing details could be a lot better, we must not forget the purpose of this video and this would be the illustration of what it takes to build something like this. Well done sir. I'm baffled by the 190 thumbs down....I guess their engineering and building skills are far better than his. I'll believe it when I see it...LOL

At 2:55 you replaced the original oil pressure switch. Be careful, the small pin at its end is actually locating the front camshaft bearing shells which might now move/spin. Better drill and tap the top of an original oil pressure switch and screw your new connector in there. Before, look down the bore and check that the locating hole in the bearing shell is still correctly aligned to receive the end of the pressure switch.
@DoctorMotorcycle

It depends on what year Guzzi you pull from, in this case, the oil pressure switch is 2 pieces. There's the oil pressure switch, and the separate part that contains the locating pin. I only removed the oil pressure switch, the locating pin remains in-tact.

@@noallegiances8676 I agree. He is barely on the compressor map with one cylinder. It will be hitting surge if he tries to push boost much higher than 6-8 psi. I don't know how accurate the maps are down that low, so I could be wrong.

1: Love the way you think. 2: HOLY JET SIZES BATMAN! what size jets are you running to get that to run on a single 30mm? That's the same size carb I ran on my Streaker Go kart with 350cc single 3: Drilling through the drain plug was genius for the oil return.
@DoctorMotorcycle
3 жыл бұрын
It's the carb I stole off the GS400 turbo, I think it's a 25ish pilot and 150 main, I don't remember, they weren't that big though. Thats all going to have to be changed during tuning. The pilot is a little too rich, will probably settle with a 17.5 or 20. Only 1 cylinder needs fuel at any given time, so the jetting wouldn't be much different than a single cylinder. As far as the oil drain, I'm not sure how well it's going to work, as the crank vent system on these Guzzi's suck, so that line will have air pushing against the oil as it's draining. We'll see what happens.
