I’m not sure why but those creepy, jerky, and robotic movements with all the clicking and whirring sounds as Stanley talks about cute pony things with Twilight’s voice is oddly entrancing to me anyways that “you should never judge a book by its cover” line being said casually by ‘Stanley’ as he looks like _that_ is quite fitting I love him Good work on this lil dude!^^

I think it was Candymare that I was working on and I heard something moving in the hallway. It was one of our cats playing with a box and not a murder robot though, so it’s fine 🫣

The way the neck moves just adds an extra level of terrifying. This turned out amazing- I love watching your animatronic makeover videos. They just always come out terrifying and amazing!

When brushing out yarn, if you comb it out first with a normal hair comb and then brush it out with the pet brush, you save some of the length!

@@tobyhorrorboy it helps to start at the ends of the yarn and work your way up! That way the ends can't tangle up (though a slightly wider tooth comb also helps)

THIS IS SO AWESOME!!! Stanley was always my favorite, and I named my pillow pet after him when the book came out. Love to see someone bring him to life in such a horrifying way! I’m delighted :)

Yeah, I had some fake human teeth laying around and wanted to use them. Fetch, I didn’t have any fake teeth for. But I’ll need to get more so I can make Smile Dog (Creepypasta, he’s meant to be a scary picture so be careful if you look him up!) The fake teeth never end

It sounds like a lure

I own one of these, and while I’d never dream of skinning her to make a custom animatronic. What you did was amazing! Have you consider though using a Starlily, My Magical Unicorn by FurReal? She is basically the same kind of animatronic toy as Twilight, (Starlily actually came first and then Twilight was later made using her as a base.) uses the same electronics and parts with minor differences, such as a mouth sensor to feed her, and being compatible with a respective mobile app. I’d recommend you look into find one and seeing what you can do with it. Although it is funny seeing a custom FNAF animatronic quoting and singing MLP stuff. XD

I made a Cheshire cat costume tail out of yarn once... It took so long that I actually never finished it all the way. 😝 But it did look awesome and the method (using a chain as the base) gives it really natural movement.
