@@user-sg2ly2zs2n Honestly, you're not alone (Mina proves that). Anxiety and fear are tough to deal with and it's understandable if it overcomes you. I personally am not medically diagnosed with anxiety but I have my days where it's a little rough. I think what's good to remember is to take 1 day at a time. Having a good mindset can honestly do wonders for you. Also, try seeking help if you haven't already. Simply talking about your anxiety with someone you trust helps to get your burdens off your chest even if you can't afford to get medication and/or therapy. I do hope that your anxiety gets easier to deal with through effort and time ❤️

@@JIHYODORANT I used to be like that until I was about 25. The trick is actually simpler than you think, even if it takes effort. All you have to do is give less of a fuck. Believe me, as simple as this sounds, doing this will do wonders. People don't actually think of anything when it comes to you, and if one or two do, what they think of you is none of your business anyway. Even the nicest person in the world will always have someone who judges/dislikes them. Of course someone who gets over it can fall back into it if they don't keep it up when a bad situation arises, because life isn't perfect, but it's definitely possible to start giving a rat's ass about what other people think of you. Your brain has created the habit of internalizing thoughts and that has become an addictive behavior, when actually you have to see those thoughts as clouds passing by far away from you and switch them with positive ones. You can even do that right now as you're reading this sentence, but you need to want it. All it takes is a snap of your fingers, and you can do a finger snap in your mind whenever you feel yourself falling back into that pattern each time you need to snap yourself out of it. Who cares if people judge you. If they do it's just their own insecurities that can't affect you. Don't give that much of your own power away or you'll have none left for yourself. Straighten your back and lift your chin up. Life is too short.

After reading the lyrics, I'm crying like a baby. They are so beautiful. Wow I'm so glad to have found Twice's music

I've heard from other people that JYP wrote this song at the time, cuz 2019 was one of Twice's hardest years. the meaning of this song is really deep, it shows that when Twice was going thru hard times, Once was always there to support them. and when Twice heard this song, I'm sure at least one of them was tearing up.

when i read the english lyrics, it makes me like 'i want to cry' because this lyrics really stab me because of my family problems, self problems and really i have trust issue but because of twice they make me feel special. I'll tell you, i have one best friend that i like the most, my twin sister, me and her is very close and that's all start when we're grade 7 (bcoz when we're grade 6, we're not that close like today) we always teased each other make our self a very special person bcoz of our own trust in each other, even some people judge me for who i am, she and my sister is always there in my side and never leave me. "One moment i feel like i'm nothing at all. like no one would notice if i were gone" -this lyrics is meaningful to me, when someone said i'm useless i always think, if i do right no one will notice but if do wrong everyone notice it. did you get my point? if i'm gone they will notice it or not?..." from the start from the of the lyrics, especially the starting of the chorus, it makes me want to cry, i don't why? i'm soft hearted person. Whatever they will say it will hurt or stab me, i only do is doing nothing and don't fight with them, bcoz i'm too special for that. Kasi ako yung klase ng tao na hindi pumapatol kahit anong hamon, kahit sobrang sakit pa ang salitang sinasabi nila hindi ko iyon pinapansin, kasi tahimik talaga ako e. Hindi rin ako yung taong mahilig mamansin ng mga kilala ko, once my friend said napaka cold ko daw, tapos kj dw ako. kahit joke nila hindi ako tumatawa pero deep inside natutuwa ako, natutuwa akong kasama sila. gaya ng sinabi ko masyado akong espesyal para pansinin lahat ng negatibong sinasabi nila, i'm not cold or kj, sadyang mahiyain lang talaga ako.

My 2 cousins like to tease me for liking K-Pop, and so they started playing random songs. They played BTS, Blackpink, and many more. (They actually didn’t even finish the songs) Then this song came on, and they just started mimicking it in a weird voice. I almost started crying cause they didn’t know the actual meaning behind the song. They just disrespected it like it was nothing. When I tried to tell them they didn’t listen to me.

Who cares about those people, we all have different tastes in music. I’m not a fan of K-pop, but I’m still very respectful to all the music, and this is one of my favorite songs. Alexia - Maria I understand what you're saying but it's still disrespectful in this song Mina wants to express what she is going through and some army's instead are saying they hear the members names instead of understanding the true meaning behind that one line. Honestly if I was in her shoes I'd feel disturbed knowing another fandom is talking about how you can hear the members names when I'm trying to open up about my problems. Even if it was a joke it shouldn't be made. And the fact that some army's say "only true army's can hear this" is annoying they're bringing BTS into everything like what does BTS have to do with a song that talks about how a group gave to their fandom about how they make them feel special.
