Tip for begginers: for Feel Special's floor routine support your arms on a chair or a couch (an elevated place). Thats the only way I managed to finish the song without fainting in the process 😅 I believe as I get used to it i'll be able to support my body fully on the floor. PS: This is so fun! I do it almost everyday, I would love a part 2 with older songs or a Red Velvet version. 🥰

Wow this is a great tip, I came here to see if anyone adressed the arms thing because it was a STRUGGLE and I finally gave up but this might just work!!
i was like "this is fine" and then feel special came up :Dd but i love this, its so fun.. i've been struggling a lot eith exercise since i stopped dancing but this made me so motivated and i feel like i finally did something even if it wasnt much

@@KaiKim-ui6oowhen you workout, the weight decrease in beginning is kinda drastic like above comment mentioned. It's water weight and not actual fat. But if you continue it more, the weight loss will happen but more slower. So don't give up and continue working out even if you don't see results and if you feel comfy enough and not exhausting after working out 15min for some days, then try to go for other videos which are 20-30minutes

I sweat a lot but I’ve never had such a good time exercising, I’m doing your weekly routines and I see results, thanks I’m very happy. I'm from Argentina, Latin America
oh gosh i'd like to believe i'm a somewhat fit person. i workout every day at least 45 minutes (usually hiit, tabata and kickboxing) plus walking. i was gonna do this as a warm up at first but boy am i exhausted. but it's not the completely dreadful and boneless kinda exhaustion, i feel so exhausted but i was so happy after i finished it and i wanted to do more. i also love how in less than 15 minutes you've targeted the whole body and gave it a good workout while making it so fun. this was one of the harder 15 minutes for my body but for my mind it was effortless cos i was having so much. I usually dread shorter workouts cos they are very intense and they try to use every single seconds so you end up dreading every second but with this time flew!
I usually exercise for 45 mins and have done for nearly 2 years, but the routines felt slightly repetitive so I almost didnt do it this morning. I'm so happy I did this cause it was so much fun and sparked my love for exercise again! I know to mix up my routines now, thanks!!!
This workout is absolutely incredible! I’ve lost 5.8 pounds so far and the more I loose it feels like I sweat more during this and my stanima to do it is so much better I’m a teen and overweight I don’t usually stick too workouts but these K-pop dance workouts have been so fun considering that I love K-pop so much

@@wcksrrt hey i know it’s been a few months but I did this nearly everyday sometimes i missed out but within 2 weeks or less i lost around 12 pounds and still to this day have kept it off!

@@okkmaeim mot sure if they were, but going on a calorie defecit would rlly help u!! 1200 cals for me and tis workout twice a day wrks wonders!!! Itsonly been a day but ive lost 3 pounds (weighed myself in the morning) and havekeptit off, losing more. Eat healthy, not saying no junk food since i TORE UP 3 pizza slices yestwrday, but be mindful. Btw, I'm 14 188.8 pounds as of now! 5'5/5'4 give or take

WOW genuinely loved this entire video! I’ve been doing K-pop dance workouts for about 4 years now ( really motivating and helped me drop -30 lbs) and this is one of my top favorites now. I love how you included both strength exercises and still kept some of the original routine too! Love you girl !

I used to work out almost everyday but because of an extremely toxic home life I got unmotivated probably for about a year or so. I would work out every now and then but today I decided no I need to get back to taking care of myself. An amazing workout! I'm a silent subscriber, but I just needed to comment on this video because this workout was so fun and sweaty, just loved it!
Start weight: 139.6 lbs Day one: skipped feel special (it was killing me s l o w l y), but other than that complete. Day two: fully completed! Feel Special still kicked my ass to Tuesday but nonetheless I finished it. Day three: half complete. I did this while everybody was sleeping so I skipped some parts to make less noise. So far I’m having fun doing this as my daily workout :)

its my 9th day doing this workout. I'm having so much fun with the dance ofc (fangirling with Twice's songs). So I far I lost 3.5kgs with this and doing Intermittent fasting 20-4. (Originally I weigh 185lbs). I will do my best to lose more weight before Twice concert here in the Philippines on Sept 30.

Its me again (same account owner) - 23days of doing this workout and it feels great so far! I added (Squats, Situps, Pushups, M. Climbers, Glute Bridge, Russian Twist 20reps each/3 sets and planking 30secs / 3sets) on the 15th day til present + this workout so I sweat a lot. HAHAHA I'll keep updating this!

I know a lot have said this, but thank you so much for this workout. It has helped me (among others things) lose so much weight, and not only that I'm not at all bored with it. Even now after I've probably done it over 100 times. It has seriously helped me out so much, and I can't thank you enough for making this.

@@awambye I did it every weekday (so excluding the weekend days). I didn't just use this; however, I also did K-pop random dances when it was possible. I also went on a slight calorie deficit. Of course this will not work for everyone but if you find it works for you great!! I've lost about 20 pounds in a few months maybe a little more. Just keep in mind though that the result won't be seen right away. If you stay consistent with it overtime you'll see and feel a difference. If you do ending up starting your journey to be healthier I wish you the best of luck

I've never listened to Twice music but I loved this workout so much.
Doing this every day for a week or two! Starting weight: 46kg (I'm short so I'm a bit chubby) Day 1: ✅ it was really hard especially during feel special and I barely finished this (I don't usually exercise) Day 2: ✅ My leg muscles hurt A LOT in the morning and because of that it was even harder to do but I did it Day 3: ✅ muscles still hurt but less anx it was a bit easier to do Day 4: ✅ way easier to do and my muscles barely hurt

This video is AMAZING! It's so hard to find a good cardio work out AND one I can actually keep up with without ending up with stomach or back pain (a medical issue that I have) AND I get to dance to my favorite songs while I workout 😭😭💖💖 Subscribing and going to watch more of your vids ! I’ve done this workout around 4-5 times, AND THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME IT FELT EASY FOR ME, REMEMBER DONT GIVEUP!!
