They increased the engine capacity from 125cc to 210cc its the same engine just in a different state of tune

You'll need to swap the piston with the Apache 160/180's piston and bore the cylinder to match the size of new piston. Also the cylinder head has to be polished for more air flow. These will cost you around ₹ 8-10k max. Get it done from a engine builder or reboring shop.

It's just for rallying TVS has no plans to sell it to public. You should go to tuning shop or ask your mechanic or dealership about this.

It's modified for the rally... Won't come to market.. they used the stock 125cc scooter and modified it to 210cc and 20hp... Infact all the scooters in the rally have the same benchmark.

because to squeeze that much hp from the rtr engine, you pretty much has to replace the insides with racing spec. parts. the cam, the pistons, the valve, all the clutch system, ignition system, intake system, drivetrain. it will wear out quicker, use way more fuel, and only good quality fuel, change the oil every week, and change those racing parts every month or two. who is going to buy that. if you are willing to pay for that, then you can tune it on your own.

Ntorq125 has serious starting trouble which couldnt b rectified after many efforts by service centre every 200kms it gets off suffering a lot Couldn't satisfy with 125 these guys are coming up with 220 god save customers
