Uh, that already happened... all of us Nitro+Chiral fans who have been here since Togainu no Chi was released back in 2005 just sat around and watched as the game went mainstream about a year after it's release, and we knew about it so long ago. ;)

People are mad because the anime doesn't contain Yaoi. But DMMD has a very interesting storyline with or without that. I'm not lying when I say I played it for the plot. //Tho I still don't really mind BL oahahaha

Well honestly i am one of the few that dont hate the anime. Though I do wish for more content for such a lengthy game. But i do understand why everyone else hates it.

I started crying when I saw Koujaku. I just can't fuckin' wait for this anime! xD

I can't believe it's been 8 years... I miss dramatical murder and even more so the game which is much older now ahhh T^T Dmmd will always have a special place in my heart regardless of what other people think. The music alone calms me down so much 💜✨

I don't have high expectations for the anime, but NOIZ MY BABYYY!! Same voice actors hell yeah!

Sonia Craft He's the same, but I have seen him listed under 2 different names as well. Not sure whats up with that? I'm guessing the translating team might have mistranslated his name before? Its still the same VA though.

I hope we get to see clears face i mean we will most likely but the only reason he took the gas mask off in the game was because aoba convinced him to take it off.. but yeah I am HYPED for the anime.

even if this ditches the gay and just follows the common and/or Ren's route, I just really really hope they expand on the other characters as well, ESPECIALLY Clear, since in any route other than his own we really don't know anything about him, and I think his story is such a beautiful thing. praying he's in it without his mask, otherwise I will be severely disappointed. (to be perfectly honest, even if they squished the story around, clear without his mask would be good enough for me) but I want Ryuuhou and Koujaku's conflict to be included, and Noiz's story and all that too. Because I feel the expansions on the characters in their own respectable routes is what made the game special. Animating this and not making it turn out underwhelming is quite a task, but if they get it right this could be so, so good. obviously the best thing would be if they were to animate each route separately, but no way THATS gonna happen

the only thing is if the anime will be 12 episodes long since I doubt they can really fit everyone's information on that short length. It would be awesome if they can give the anime at least 25-26 episodes and even if it's a bit cramped would be good if they can tell at least include the major points on everyone's route. And, I agree with you on Clear's I won't want him to have that mask from start to end coz that would totally be annoying and disappointing.

PRAYING that the anime will be more than 12, they'd really miss out a ton of stuff if it was that short. It would work if they were to split the anime into two seasons too. Ahh, whatever they choose to do I hope they make the right choice and this anime isn't a flub (AND THAT I GET TO SEE MY BABY WITHOUT HIS MASK ....PLease......)

I COMPLETELY agree with you! I tooooooooooottaly feel and hope that they show Clear's face at least somewhere between the episodes. It'll also be so weird if it's just 12 episodes, it's not gonna work for me, in my opinion. I also hope they make OVA's, and make each one out of each character's route! That would be SOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD. Each probably 40 minutes. As if it could happen. ;~;....*sigh* A fangirl could only dream. But seriously, even without too much of the yaoi, the story is just...heartbreaking. The game felt so real. I SUPER hope they execute this right!

weLL now that the first episode's out they seem to be sticking very very closely to the story so far?? what they choose to do when it gets to platinum jail is beyond me. we'll just have to wait and find out... (AND JF C THEYD BETTER FUCKIGN NOT ANIMATE TH E BAD ENDGINS BYe)

I really hope for Sei. He only makes a major appearance in Ren's route which lots of people here have the opinion that it'll be the one most likely to be followed. He's that type of character that at the end you'll notice how really important he is. And then there's the other characters with their own backgrounds. There's so much going on in DMMD, it definetely won't be an easy job to include everything. v.v
