Watercolors fo great things to a wash.like you are doing on background when you sprinkle a bit of salt on it while wet and let dry completely. Using gesso ahead of time helps fights buckling. Than you for sharing your lovely work.i enjoy your videos.😻

elly franken Thank you! Which edition do you have? I've heard some of them have quite a problem with water.. I have the french edition and it takes water quite well 💚 also remember to let it dry completely between layers! I use a hairdryer, because I'm impatient 😜

OH WOW! THANK YOU SO INCREDIBLY MUCH! It looks fantastic and is such a wonderful tutorial (again!). Oh is this technique called wet on wet or something1!?!? Also, about how you thought the paper didn't take the watercolours very well... i saw something about gesso(?)- applying it to the paper before using the paint . But, seriously, it doesn't look like you had any trouble! So incredibly beautiful and absolutely love the colours!! thank you!

Watch me carve and more What? 😱 I've never heard about masking fluid ripping the paper.. sounds like the one you have is made for canvas or something strong like that

Maybe you left your masking fluid on the paper for too long. The first time I used it I made that mistake and no way could I get it off without ripping the paper. Don't leave it on more than a few hours or it will harden the rubber too much!

в наше время, когда есть гугл-переводчик, могла бы сама худо-бедно перевести на английский. И вы, мадама, не путаете ли слово "невоспитанный" и "невежественный"? Боже, сколько самомнения. В ж--пу тебя не поцеловать, не?
