Portraits are my absolute favorite, so thank you for this!
This is wonderful, Claire! We will share it with our colorists who are wanting to learn new techniques.
Stunning Claire!! I love it!!
Thank you for the tutorial. I'm always struggling with darker skin tones so this is a good one for me.👍😃
Helpful, gradual and very relaxing! Loved it, thank you!
Thank you Claire for this! I find noses and those lines under the nose difficult and you've made it a whole lot easier! I've saved your video to my Pinterest! I love your videos, I think you're fab, great you're from the UK like me ☺️❤️☺️
Thank you Claire! This helped alot. I have been trying to color in the neck a few times but every time I failed. I'm going to try your way.👍
Thanks for the tutorial. I'm always trying to improve my skin tones technique.
I always love seeing your work come together, the way you break everything down for us beginners 🙂 doesn’t seem so daunting to get get out that new book I’ve been staring at but refusing to colour in fear I may ruin it. This video, with the music is just enchanting to watch, I can’t remember the last time I was so relaxed.... thank you 🌹
Thank you, Claire. I'm a beginner, when it comes to skin coloring. I always learn from your videos. Thanks again!

Claire thank you for this video, asking wanting to try colouring skin, so will watch this video a few times until I try myself. Love all your videos.
Claire ty so much for this..I'm trying to learn skin tones
Thank you, I will go try this upcoming weekend. You made it look simple, I hope that it is haha
Such a pleasure watching you work. She is absolutely beautiful!
I usually approach colouring the faces I draw by doing a flat base of skin tone marker pen, then going into the shading of the details, I focus on the eyes and mouth and then lightly place any other lights and darker tones
Great, great job with the skin tones. Nice and slow so we really can see what you are doing
Wow! It really came together nicely!
Think of noses like brackets ) ( The shading curves in and flares out, the bulb of the nose can be considered separately from the sides of the nose
Gorgeous!!!!!
This is a brilliant video. So helpful!
Thank you for this video I really need to know more skin combos. I just got the book mermaids by jasmine becket Griffith and I’ve been wanting to know some good skin combos, but also with the artesian 72 set it’s what I did the first picture in that book with that I’m still working on
Thank you 😊
I'm going to watch this over and over again. You are an amazing artist Claire, just brilliant! Thank you so much for sharing this!😘💞
