Finally got a medal and I’ve been trying to work with this for thirteen minutes. I understand now why the Army guys refer to them as “dammits.”

this is so helpful, first uniform day is tomorrow, wish me luck!

You should point out to them that in most cases only outstanding 1st years get promoted to 3rd Class. C/CPO, NSII.

i skipped a rank and immediately went to c/seamen then i took my test and became a c/po3 within my first 3 months. what happens when you come from a navy family lol

For an easier way for the name tag and Ribbons use a pencil along the pocket. Makes measuring 20 times easier. C/CMCPO G.

Dude. Just use a fkin pencil for ribbons and nametags and the pocket stuff. I have gotten a 10/10 by my Area Manager using the pencil method. Also use cardboard behind them pocket stuff.
