Thanks a lot for great vids. I have bought a etec 115 real cheap since it was under water. I have found out that the engine has low ours, it was under water for a short while. The -company that owned it sprayed everything with WD40 and got it started after and it ran but they thought it smoked a lot. They then put it in storage for like 3 years. Then they took it to a dealr. They also got it started but meant it needed repairs for 700 usd! It got stored again for some years then i bought it. It is absolutely impossible to se that it has been under water. No abnormal korrosion. I got spark on al pluggs, i got good compression on al cylinders. But the dealer hade not changed the 2 stroke -oil. It had water in it. I gave it new fuel and new 2 stroke oil and tried to start it. It only ignited once every time i turned the ignition. I found out that the high pressure fuel pump were stuck. I tried to fix but it is gone. Now i order a new pump. The dealer found it as a sparepart that it should be the same as in Jonsson ficht 99 and newer. Kost 300 usd and i relay hope this gets it running. We are tre friends the same bots and they havemerc 90hp (not ptimax)aha 90 hp but they are faster and stronger. I cant have that so i want to get this etec alive :) I wonder if you have any advise, tips and so on for me?

@@marineandbeyond4836 Hi! Thanks but i managed to fix it. I changed the high pressure fuel pump. Then i got alarm, defekt oil sensor. Thought first it was only air problem but at last i changed the sensor. And as you can se in the clip, it runs great now. kzread.info/dash/bejne/Y5ympZKAnNjSZ6g.html I used fuel pump 139939563 and oil pressure sensor 586860. Not exactly the same electric connector but i took the one from the defekt parts. This parts is much cheaper. Hope this can help someone. BR // 7ann3

Hello,I am wanting to know what diode goes on the vst fuel pump?

60 HP e-tec engine will not start unless you unplug the fuel pump wire. then it will start up. Then plug it back in and it will run until you turn it off then it will not start up again until unplug the fuel pump wire. Anyone heard of this happening? I have new injectors, new fuel pump, new lift pump, new coils. all the voltage seam to be right oil pump is working. Anyone got a clue about this.

Hello I have an Evinrude 250 HP model 2011 I have a problem with the fuel pump The ignition key does not give it a signal to turn on fuel pump. I Connect to the pump 12 volts direct electricity The pump worked. Is the problem in EMM or from other place ? How is it possible to reprogram the EMM? And when I do recovery for EMM it will work again ? thank you Baantar

Do you know if there is an aftermarket fuel pump for replacement? What is the part number?

hi! I used fuel pump 139939563 which is much cheaper than the whole VST kit. It is not exactly the same. It have not the schrader for pressure check (don,t need it) and and another electric connector. I just changed connector from my old, defekt pump.
