Tutima Glashutte Watches 2024 - Interview With Karl Burgmayer
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Whilst I was up in Noosa on holidays recently, I spent quite a bit of time at Define exploring German watches and more
Since I had my camera equipment with me, I decided to shoot a few videos of my journey.
This is an interview I shot of Karl Burgmayer (International Sales Director of Tutima) sharing the latest range of 2024 watches

Yesss! Tutima is so underrated!
Great video. Define Watches are a class act too.
Very interesting. Tutima is a brand that is not often talked about.
Karlo is an amazing person. I bought 2 tutimas last year. I had a query with some accessories and wrote to the retailer who connected me directly with him. You can tell he values the audience. He's a great ambassador for Tutima. You know it's really hard to justify picking anything else if Tutima is on display nearby. Their play with integrated strap combos, kevlar rubber straps, titanium and near bombproof movements make them a solid contender in every conversation. Ps: Look out for the Patria caseback. GORGEOUS!
Tutima is a brand I admittedly don't know much about. Great video.
Finally, someone covered Tutima watches. My wife and I were watching a movie, many years ago called "Rightous Kill" with Deniero and Pachino. One of the actors was wearing a Tutima chroni and to my surprise my wife bought me the same watch.
Very interesting, thanks for sharing

Beautiful video. Thanks, Tutima in now in my radar 🙂
Great chat and a nice introduction for me personally to Tutima. Thanks Peter. I'm a fan of Karl's strikingly coloured suit too!

He looks great in it...👍
Color coding suit and watch strap = brilliant👍 Fantastic watches!
Well done, Peter. Lydia certainly has a great understanding of the desired trends that Australian customers are looking for from the quality and style of German timepieces. I have always noticed Tutima Glashuette but never looked to deeply into them this was a great Video highlighting their latest collection which I feel will be on the ascent. Regards Newcastle Australia
So underrated beautifull watches!
Beautiful watches, and the dials on the ladies watch, very nice! Thanks for sharing that with us Pete!

Χρονια πολλα με υγεια .
Beautiful watches. Cheers from Germany
Great video! It's awesome to see a video about a brand like this, which is able to offer different designs and great quality. Definitely a brand I'll consider for the future.
Wow, I had never heard of Tutima before! Most of their watches are too big for me (43mm), but I must say I love their designs. Very classy, with a historical feel. Charmig logo too. If they release some smaller models in the future perhaps Tutima could be my first German watch.

They do a 500m diver in 40mm. M2 seven seas steel, impressive piece.

@@JudoP_slinging Thanks, that's a nice one. Good design and very manageable lug-to-lug.
The Sky Chrono looks fantastic
Great interview...love the Patria. Dressy yet the size and crown guards make it sporty and wearable for a daily!
Any watch brand made in Glashutte is a jem. I'd love to spend a month in the town to visit all the factories 😊 Glashutte Original is my favourite brand (at present), 😥 out of my price range.

@michaelcollins2473 I don't think you will get an argument here mate 😉 Who knows... anything is possible 😀
The Sky series and seven seas collection look fantastic just wish more brands did a few no dates.
This is great, Peter. It’s such an interesting brand, but it usually gets zero attention. Certainly in the US. Anyway, really enjoyed the video!
Shout out to Karl - one of my belated considerations on more unusual dial colours is "what do I wear that this won't look odd with" - Karl chooses his watch n matching rubber strap then finds a tailor to make a suit in that colour ! Discounted company watch seems great until you considered bespoke tailor costs. Next level !!
I'd love to see a video about the watch market in other worlds!
Χριστός Ανέστη Peter
I've admired the Coastline for some years and it still looks fresh. No dealers near me and I've flipped the three titanium watches I've bought after distance buying so I'm getting wary.
Omega has a titanium mesh bracelet on the No Time To Die.
Nice drop Peter :) haha Thanks

Glad you enjoyed it
I was under the impression Omega had done a titanium mesh bracelet for the seamaster?
Not to be mistaken for Titoni, the Swiss brand that produces Swiss watch homages.
Their dress watch Patria has a really nice design reminds me of Laurent Ferrier, but being 43mm diameter is incomprehensible, and it seems like this size is shared with many other models, some being even bigger. It really makes no sense.
I love the brand I have wanted to buy a Patria for a very long time. However at 43mm it is way too big for me. Hopefully one day they invest in making it 39-40 mm. I would be first in line to buy one.
2:16 i cringed on that one 🤣🤣 overall it's a good interview, they're full of enthusiasm especially the interviewer.
What are the price range?
When i saw his suit i thought he was rather Karlo Bug-mayer.
Even Tutima is always to consider with very reasonable prices, but the design never catched me. Their designs has for me no clear expression, except "we want to look different". It never emotionalized. Some are quite ok, but then the bracelet destroys the whole appearence, looking like sucked down chocolate pieces. Same with their extrem simple looking Word-Press-Website, which of lead me to think, that this is a fake website (wordpress is often used by fake website builders). Don't get me wrong. I respect Tutima and everyone owning one, and I'm conviced by their experience and craftmanship. But in my opinion still lacking in design.

You weren't wrong about the website! Looks like something from the early 2000s.
The women’s watches are dull. “Minimalist” is an understatement…..
It's about time. Stick to this formula and your channel grow exponentially. It's so pathetic: "Let's just review the same watches every other You Tuber is reviewing".
