I was feeling down, but this jack really lifted my spirits....
Just got mine. Assembly was about 5 minutes and my bike is up in the air. Love it. BTW, this thing is heavy = heavy duty. I can move my bike around in the garage. It is awesome. Thanks, Rocky Mountain and Tusk.

Good to hear!
I have an MX Hawg, since 07 or so, great idea.
Thank you for making this video. I just got my lift from RM and there aren't any assembly instructions. Based on this video, all the parts and pieces make sense...
These things are the bomb. I have 2 with wheels and they are a must. With 7 bikes a need a couple more.

I've had one of these for a few years and I'm thinking of getting another, that way I can fix a platform between the two and make a bench if I want.
Just picked this up I can't wait to use it!!!!
Just got mine today cant wait to use it
I need one of those!
Going to get one as soon as they are back in stock.
This is good stuff thank you.
With my road bikes, they are difficult to lift onto the stand so I've got one of those small box scissor stands and I lift it with that and then shuffle it over to the main stand.

Looks like a great lift! I wish the castors were a little better... maybe with some hard rubber wheels instead of the flat steel. ;) Possible upgrade hack.

Going to get one to load my electric scooter into my truck, lifting a Nami Burn E 2 max viper is taking its toll after a long ride it's 103lbs or 47kg
When will they come back in stock?
I was going to buy this till u told the weight limit wth exactly what I want for my 650l
Can't find in canada and the shipping cost is the price of the stand
I could use this for a transmission jack for half the cost of the ones that say "transmission jack"
Love all of your video's Chase and RM ATV. In the video you mention that the stand goes "pretty dang high" can you equate that into inches?

@@rmatvmc Thanks for the quick reply. When you say 24.5 inches at it highest do you mean from the floor to the top of the platform? The reason I ask is in the video at 2:26 time stamp you can see the top of the stand is well above the persons knee in the video and it looks to be about 34 + inches from the floor. Thanks again for your time.

@@rmatvmc Great news, thanks for taking the time to go out and measure it. Also when you have a minute please change the description on your website, I'm sure you'll sell a lot more with a max height of 34 inches.
Great product. I purchased the exact same lift at a Canadian retailer for $50 Canadian. Of course that Tusk sticker must be worth the money.

I'm not sure about Canada, but in America "you get what you pay for". If you purchased a brand new scissor lift stand for $50.00 I'm sure you'll be in the market for a real stand within a few months. If you want a product that lasts do yourself a favor and buy the Tusk stand this time.

So can you roll the bike around up the the air or do you move it without the bike on it ??? And i got one without wheels on it
@mestandard
4 жыл бұрын
You can roll it around with the bike on it but I lower it where the wheels are just off the ground before pushing it around. With the bike way up high it would feel dangerous to roll being so top heavy.

I wish you would have demonstrated putting the bike onto this stand. How do you do it?
@johnruddell9096

Very carefully, it’s not like slinging a bike on a stand. It has wheels and likes to roll as your putting a bike on it. It sits 13” off the ground

U think it will slide right under my 2021 crf110?
So if you buy this because you don't want to strain your back, how are you supposed to get the bike up into this? The platform sits over 2 inches higher than even a trials bike. Which is higher than most motocross bikes? You still have to muscle it into the stand. I'm amazed nobody talks about that
@rmatvmc
9 ай бұрын
When this stand is completely lowered, it sits lower than a regular dirt bike stand. And this wasn't made so you never have to lift your bike up, it's made to make it easier to work on your bike. Instead of having to bend over, you can lift your bike to a better height to make it easy to do.
Does it drop in one push or can I gradually drop it down?
@rmatvmc
Жыл бұрын
Yes, you can drop in down gradually by just releasing the pedal you press down on as it's lowering.
I have a problem with mine: without any load, it will go up all the way, but with my CRF300L, it only rises about two inches, then nothing more. 😞Is there a solution or is it defective? Thx

@gophop

@@MrHeepspo They can handle over 300lbs. I've sat on my bike while on the lift (400lbs+). But I wouldn't crank the thing past half the extension when over weight limit. The bigger issue is that when all the way down, even a tall dirt bike doesn't clear it. You have to lift the bike and put it down on the stand.
I bought mine second-hand from a guy locally. It doesn't have any of the hooks or the safety rod. Are those something I can order?

How do i bleed the jack😮?
@rmatvmc
10 ай бұрын
This may do the trick: With the jack all the way down, open the release valve, then pump the jack up 10-20 strokes, then close the release valve. Here's a video showing a couple different ways to bleed the bottle jack if that doesn't work: kzread.info/dash/bejne/mYGozLh_isSfhsY.html
