This house was done with tenant wear and tear in mind, so some things like ceiling fans which can easily be broken or have to be replaced were eliminated, however brand new central heat and air was added. They could've burned The stomp,but the awkward flower bed around the stomp well,it's awkward😶

All flippers paint brick, but you should dig a little deeper before doing it. Bricks are supposed to breathe. Painting them can trap moisture, causing the paint and bricks to deteriorate, especially when freezing and thawing. Of course, if you're flipping it, it's not your problem.
Step 1. Paint the brick Step 2. Cut down any trees Step 3. Gray Step 4. Profit
What was the total cost for renovation?

It was a room that was converted incorrectly where the door was situated much lower than the floors. Closed it off and completed room because there weren't too many options to correct it that made sense.
