The remodeling looks great,but you didn't show the toilet nd especially the tub that good on the inside.From what I seen they were still dirty nd not remodeled

I love seeing people fixing up beautiful older homes. These homes were well built and just need some TLC given back to them. Thank you for a job well done. I hope the new owners will appreciate these homes.

What a nice job you did on that rehab. You definitely brought the value of that property up! I think that neighbor brought the value of the whole neighborhood down. It’s a shame that lady treated you that way. You did right to video that, to protect yourself. Keep up the good work! God bless you!

You will always have people that are envious for thinking because you're young and black you can't afford certain things and there will be racist that and are willing to call the police for nothing but you just being black, like in your other video, I loved how the police worked, thank them for the good work too. You're doing a good thing, and I don't want to take from that... but what are you doing with the hardwood floors??? I work in remodeling so I can pick some things apart, but painting ceramic tile is never a good idea, and the floors!!! But remodeling is hard and you'll learn as you go.

How much did it cost and how much did you pay to get it fixed up though?

Not white on outside. Doesn't go with brick. Same flooring through house. Different in each room makes house look chopped up. Breaks up the chi. Replace the kitchen/living room wall with bar. No dark floors. Too choppy. Can I be your house decorator?

Just yeched up the bathroom.coulda spent a few more dimes to keep the nice tile. Honestly it was hard to tell the bland wrecked house from the bland new house... o well.

House too small for shutters. White doesn't go with the stone.
