The graphs really helped me, all the guides had no pictures and I was like what. This is what I wrote down from your video. *Beets: If there is no price increase by Tuesday evening, sell immediately. If the value increases and then decreases again (random pattern = unpredictable) If the value increases, (neither random nor decreasing pattern) so small spike or large spike pattern. If the value increases 2 times afterwards (Large Spike Pattern), sell over 300 immediately. (about Wednesday evening) If it only rises slightly (140-180 Sterni) then only sell at the fourth price increase. (around Thursday morning)*

If you use the Early Bird ordinance, ReTail will open at 6am. You may need to de-activate your current ordinance, but it depends on what you want most :)

thanks for your guide, i started playing last week and i just got the large spike, bought 300 turnips at 91 and just sold them on friday afternoon at 516.

What I usually do is I time travel through the week and see when the turnip price is highest I then time travel back to Sunday and buy my turnips and that then makes the risk lower

WOW today in my town I finally got the LARGE SPIKE PATTERN it sell price is 536!! Thanks DazzaBound for guiding meh to the badges! :D

You don't need to plant them or anything, I probably should have explained that in the video, but you can just store them in your locker or keep them in your pockets. They'll still spoil at 6am on Sunday morning though.

Or you can go online and ask someone with a price above 500 and then sell them and get a profit.

This was extremely helpful. So, thank you! And a tip for buying is if you have a second DS or a friend with Animal Crossing New Leaf you can buy turnips in your town then go to your second DS and TT (time travel) to Friday or Saturday (Idk why but those days have been the most profitable). Then, on your DS buy them. Second DS, get a good price. On your DS travel to the second DS and sell. This way you have more time to find a good price and make a profit.

The big spike pattern features a decreasing pattern, but then there will be three increasing prices, with the third being the maximum for the week, followed by two decreasing prices that are still higher than average, followed by a continuation of the overall decreasing pattern. The maximum price in this pattern is always preceded by two increasing prices and always followed by two decreasing prices, so the maximum can't occur on Monday or Saturday.

This is my guide. Check everyday. Usually there will be a climax of price for selling on a Wednesday. I got 417 Bells each on Wednesday on both AC:CF and AC:NF I usually wait til Wednesday but maybe it's just my luck.

Jay Scott Back in the days i didn't know this was possible.. I remember checking the prices every morning and evening, and it kept decreasing. v.v I even waited untill the very last day, in hopes it would increase to a huge amount, but naw. Lost all my money XD But now I know more :'3

I found out a trick. What you do is you time travel to 5:59 am the next day, wait for it to turn 6am, then go to the time retail opens.

Yes, this video is old, but yet, still helpful. (Thank you. I subscribed.) But thanks to this Welcome amiibo update, I can now actually time travel and my turnips doesn't immediately getting spoiled. But of course, you still have to sell them within one week. How did I figured this out? I didn't have candy and I wanted to catch an ant and fly. So I bought 10 turnips and wanted them spoiled so I time traveled to Monday, still says 10 turnips. It kept saying 10 turnips until it was Sunday again. Pretty good, right?

I got the random my turnip price to get them was 94 bells per turnip and 105 bells per turnip selling them

If it’s worth anything, So far I’ve seen what could be called a random pattern and small spike pattern But that also could just be coincidence but I’m hoping it’s still the same because after I watch this video all those years ago I pretty much became my friends portfolio manager

I thought that it always started out with a decreasing price. Last week my prices were (morning/afternoon) Monday: 84/81 Tuesday: 76/73 Wednesday: 69/66 Thursday: 132/158 Friday: 515/? Obviously i stopped checking after the first price on Friday since it was amazing and obviously the large spike.

Oh that's interesting... Going by the 4 patterns yes, the only pattern to match would be the random one... But being above 100 bells and only going down a little could be an entirely new pattern I haven't seen yet... But I'm also tempted to say it could be the small spike pattern too... My advice: Sell when you're comfortable selling, as I really don't know... Sorry! Also, could you PM me with your next price please? It would help me out a bunch :)

Not necessarily higher, they simply change at 6am and at noon. They could either go up or down.

If the price of turnips is 138 bells and right after that it's 132 bells, does that mean I have the random pattern? Before it hit 138 bells, the price kept decreasing.

so you should never buy turnips 2 weeks in a row as the chances of getting a small spike or even a large one is unlikely?

This helped me a lot! Last week I bought 4,000 Turnips, and I got only a profit of 7 bells each Turnip. I'll follow this guide and hopefully get a lot of bells!

Hello past self. I just started a new new leaf town

I know this is an old video, but hopefully someone can help me out. I’ve got Animal Crossing: Let’s Go to the City, and my week’s pattern doesn’t make any sense. Bought turnips for 92. Monday: 72, 65. Tuesday: 98, 108. I’m expecting a third increase but instead it decreases. Wednesday: 104, 75. What is going on?

Can you time travel forward with turnips? I stream the game so when you play over 8 hours in one day I usually play 2-3 days in one day to keep the content interesting.

It's the first day of a new week and my price this morining for turnips is 126 bells. I REALLY need to make profit from them because i bought 15,000 of them. It cost me 1,000,000 bells for them all.
