1:40 I knew it was brass at this very moment. That flashing yellow is a signature sign of zinc oxide formation.
I'm not really so much into knives. But the process of making it sure was great to see! You always do such a great job!

Isopropyl alcohol. The polycast filament can be smoothed with it to remove the print layers

I don't think so, the blade is to thick to cut properly. But you can use it to cleave through stuff, I think

No, this is a standard pattern M9 Phrobis III bayonet. The Rambo knife is not based on any real knife and was custom made for the films.
