Ingredients:⠀
- 350-400 ml of water or milk (2 cups);
- 500 g flour (4.5 cups);⠀
- 1 teaspoon of salt;⠀
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;⠀
- 10g of yeast;⠀
- 1 egg;
- sesame and black cumin.

1. Mix water, sugar and yeast. Mix the flour with salt. Add the flour to the liquid and mix. Knead a soft dough, add flour as needed. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place. It will increase by 2 times. ⠀
2. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Dust the table with flour and roll into a round cake. Cover with a towel and leave for another 20-30 minutes. ⠀
3. Beat 1 egg and grease the cake with it. Then create a pattern with your hands as shown in the video. Sprinkle with sesame and nigella seeds. Bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes until nicely browned. ⠀
