From this amount of dough I got 15 pancakes - a frying pan 26cm in diameter.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs;
- a little less than 1/2 tsp salt;
- 3 tsp sugar;
- 140g flour (1 cup + 2 tbsp);
- 2 glasses of milk (340g);
- 2/3 glass of water (110g);
- 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil.
1. Beat eggs, sugar and salt. Add sifted flour and stir until smooth. Add milk in parts and stir. Add water and stir. Pour in vegetable oil and stir. The dough will not be very thick, but not liquid either, smooth and without lumps.
2. Grease the frying pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil; the frying pan should be well heated. Pour in the required amount of batter and cook until golden brown, turn over. And so on until the end.
* In order for the pancakes to turn out delicate, thin and beautiful, your frying pan must be well heated, the gas burner must be large, grease the frying pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil and pour the dough thinly. The pancakes cook very quickly and turn out thin, tender and very tasty!
*If the dough seems thick to you, add a little more milk. Or vice versa, if it seems too liquid, add a little flour. This is normal, everyone’s flour is different and absorbs moisture differently.
