Ps. Don't forget to take out the seeds in the bell peppers! This stew is not peppery because bell peppers are sweet. If you want to add some heat, add some Rodo (scotch bonnet ) while blending, you can onions while blending too.

Fun fact about the stews I make always is that I never use tomatoes. Hubby has gotten used to this bell pepper life 😂. We only eat tomatoes in Salads.
