I've heard someone suggest cooking the stew without covering it, like you did here. What difference does that make to the final dish? I've also heard of Boiling/steaming the ingredients before blending and cooking. Have you heard of that one?

Mama next time try to cook your mixture ( tomatoes , onions, pepper ,garlic , red bell pepper and little ginger ) first when you cook it allow the water to dry up before frying it will give you a more sweeter and nicer smell and taste If you just pour in your blended mixture into your oil if you don't try well it will have a raw smelling and raw taste especially if your tomatoes have water inside Try this it works like magic and the woke kitchen will smell amazing 😍😂😍 I just finished making my own pot of turkey stew Andi came searching for see yours too well done ma
Nice one
