From my perspective of how you took the video.. The hanger that you pulled out to press the bolt out looks like it can flip to the other side of the car and vice-versa and give you a few inches in length extra based on the way the tabs are sitting it looks like could be wrong but that's how it looks like from the video

My s10 truck runs 5.80s on no prep on the street with just cal tracs, trz antiroll bar, and viking shocks on stock leafs with overloads removed...they work incredibly well
Cool I really liked this video.. this is the fun part of building cars running into problems and using what you got and your imagination to fix it instead of having someone else do it for you or buying new parts specially on old cars like these!! 🙌🙌
Happy to say i commented on the last video about installing cal-tracs for a period correct build! Hope you researched and took my recomendation (as an old school hot rod guy)
Been an rotary aussie drag racer love puerto rico these vids are mad!.🇦🇺🇵🇷
Graham’s guest appearance was awesome hahah. Nice video, good meknekin on the ole 1200 😂
I love these little cars and feel in love with rotary engine when I was a teenager Puerto Rico race teen came to atco race way but still have not built one but it is on my list after finishing my current projects
that before & before comparison was sick!
Graham making fun of the kids hammer sent me😂😂😂
Love that this car is a straight driver not a full on build just making her right something to tinker with
Probably my favourite build on the channel
Wow, I watched the whole process and I'm really happy that it worked out for you. On the other hand, according to my thorough calculations, if you had Superman fly in the opposite direction of Earth's rotation and change the effect of gravity on your wheel hop, it would have been easier and cheaper in the long run.
Datsuns are common here in Australia. Have a look at MADDAT they have plenty of parts for the 1200. Like there awesome s chassis crossmember conversion that I have in my 1200 ute
these daily LZ uploads are giving me actual life
Hell yeah, looks like they made a world of difference 👍
So refreshing seeing content like this
I sincerely have you as an example to follow in this life, greetings.
This is like watching me or any other average person work on a car 😂 it’s great
Love this video has the old school vibes of adam in the garage at the house.
Loved the Before and Before comparison 😅🤣
the right part for the wrong car works all the time with a layth good job adam, trac bars is what i said it needed
Yeah that entertainment value was over 9000 😂 Loved this one
I love you Adam. I hope you see this your videos give me motivation to keep going
Instead of smashing on the bushing in the leaf spring, you can just put it in a press or bench vice and presto....! (Kinda fun watching a noob just learning the hard way, it's why I love favrication... the tricks and tips are seamingly endless when it comes to producing a component)
this is my fav car in your line up
👍🔧💪 Adam's determination to not only rebuild the entire car but also overcome challenges is truly admirable. His commitment to the project and the effort he puts into finding cost-effective solutions is impressive. It's intriguing to witness his dedication and problem-solving skills in action. This video sparks my curiosity about his innovative approaches and makes me wonder what other unique solutions he'll come up with. Keep up the great work, Adam! 🚗🛠👏
So stoked about all the rotary content lately!!! Are you guys hiring?
Love the before and before action 😂
This series is gonna be epic
Enjoyed the whole vid brother wicked turn out on the mint box 😁👍
Couldn’t care less about the 4 rotor supra, or just about any of the cars on the channel these days, but an update on the musty old Datsun with a turbo2 swap? INSTANTLY clicking the video, hitting like and dropping a comment 😂
I love watching Adam work on his cars😂

It’s the most relatable part of him lol
first video I've watched to the end. only because Im a jealous prick, now he's learning blue collar skills which we have to do to have nice things, well done Adam!
Love watching people's descent into madness.
Johan:”we forgot about it.” (We didn’t tell you so you wouldn’t break it.) 😂
Dylan is such a rad dude an so underrated
Watching the before and before footage shows a massive difference 😂
Adam i know you’ve had this compound for a while but damn it’s hitting me these machines n warehouse looks clean asffffff
Damn Adams looking good with the fresh trim.
We called them tramp rods for some reason back in the 70s and 80s here in Australia 🇦🇺.

Tramp rods and slapper bars . personally I think a chrome set of slapper bars doesn't look too bad on an old skool Holden .

All the Aussie and Kiwi rotary boys will be watching you build this one 😅 👌👍
ayyyyy just coimmented on the last video to get cal tracs lol glad to see you got em!
Rly loved that before and before!
Cat tracks are run successfully in some no prep vehicles with well over 1000 hp. Slapper bars are so old school cool
The before/after clip at the end just says before/before xD, but damn the difference is nuts! The Datsun looks like so much fun!
Loving watching you do it wrong rather than paying someone. That u-bolt engagement is sketchy though. Get some longer u-bolts any medium duty truck spring shop can make you some.
with a live axle, one of the shocks is supposed to be in front of the axel which helps dampen any axle wrap
I really am enjoying this little series but it really hurts my soul 😢 as a classic car enthusiast and mechanic that leaf spring suspension is such a wild and strange concept to Adam and many of the others😅

Yeah I had never really thought about it until this Datsun, most younger guys have absolutely no idea how leaf springs work.

Im fairly impressed that Adam has a love for the older cars too. These days people just want new shyt... Hey, my nissan champ 1400 ute has the same suspension in the rear lol. Maybe I should add a brace but keep the stock a14 motor cause I aint got no money to throw in a 13b bridgeported motor
at 20:31 it's the before the mod and at 20:41 it says the before again, i think it needs to says "after" because, small editor mistake xd Keep up the good work adam, good video
We need a ghetto build series, you know it will be the most fun to drive and good content haha
Oh i like this build, very similar to the builds we do in Australia.
Actually enjoyed your fab work
Adam hitting us with that before/before footage
20:32 I love the before and before comparison, such better.
I feel your pain, I have a 1972 Datsun Sedan with a 13b in it, same built same issues. Mike from Japan
Pretty cool to see how Adam was in school for engineering. “I’m pretty sure he dropped out to pursue KZread”. Yet here he is doing all the engineering things by trade.
New build is so cool
Sounds so good 👍
Cool to see a celebration with Matt Armstrong checking out the old gt3.
Adam just throwing the word "shim" around like a madman lol
Wildlife settings I love your channel
LOVE THE HAIRCUT BROOO
love your videos
Wow! the before and before shot was incredible!
Great Vid Adam!
Love the adam rotary series
Idk if I’ve ever seen wheel hop from the inside of the wheel before, looks so much more violent.
From my perspective of how you took the video.. The hanger that you pulled out to press the bolt out looks like it can flip to the other side of the car and vice-versa and give you a few inches in length extra based on the way the tabs are sitting it looks like could be wrong but that's how it looks like from the video
