Tunnoc tea cakes for life, we used to get them back when we were part of the british colony and I still eat them today. Its the same cake my grandfather's father used to have, one I enjoyed with my grandmother, and now I enjoy with my children, and I am from Kuwait!

Just eaten two Tunnocks teacakes now and they were delicious .. just a pity I had to share the box with my wife and son .. I could easily have eaten all 6 .. if not more. As a child, a friend's grandma had worked in Rowntrees in York and her story was 'all new employees can eat as many sweets as they like'' which always appealed to me. The theory was they would get sick of sweets and eat no more. I wonder if it's the same at Tunnocks.

Ah yes, the live orchestra really does add that extra special something doesn't it? Sorely missed in much of the slap dash production of recent years. What these modern media graduates simply fail to appreciate is just how difficult it was to keep an assembly of 53 classically trained musicians (not to mention their various instruments) clear of shot. No easy task whist unobtrusively documenting the going on's of an industrial process... Of course these days they all opt for use of portabl
