As I sit here and watch this interview, with a cup of tea and a box of Tunnock's Tea Cake, I cannot help but to be grateful for a company like Boyd's, which hasn't diluted the quality of it's products to skim more profit (like many of the popular brands of today, Cadbury etc.) The tea cake I'm eating, tastes exactly the same as the first box my granddad bought me over 25 years ago, and bearing in mind it's 2017, I still paid £0.99 for half a dozen!

Agreed. As a small boy my grandfather gave me my first tea cake & they taste just as amazing now that im 33 as they did back then! Nice to see a company that still cares about the customers rather just pure profits. Seeing this & seeing how sweet this man is, & the fact it's a private company, & how much they value their employees, it makes me wish we had more business owners like this.

The only thing I know that is unchanged from my lunchbox in 1955 is Tunnocks caramel wafer. I had on today at morning tea. Thank you Mr Tunnock. Long may your lum reek.
