Dude, this was my same reaction. I just turned my 2019 2.7 sport with the same tune. I put the baby in sport mode, and I was spinning tires all the way passed 60mph. They advertise 85 HP gain and man you can really feel it. Shifting is so much cleaner and smoother. And I am very happy with my mine

Q I put alpine s65s in the back doors and s69s in the front and a kicker 10 inch with a kicker amp pushing the 10. Sounds pretty good for being 1 10 inch and don’t take up as much room.

It’s a night in day difference very hard to explain something that must be felt. But yes man I’m Looking for a race now lol!!

I have my 2016 ecoboost tuned by mpt the 93 tune is great. Blows guys in sports cars away when they run my truck it stays right next to them or often beats them. It’s insane for what they are and what they can do. Don’t even get me started on my towing using the tow tune.!

Exactly Bro,..that Ecoboost Engine is just the BEST engine Ford ever built and put in a Truck. I had the same reaction when I was thrown back in the seat.., next you should try is of course: HiFlo airfilter, AFE Wortex Improver, Turbo-Boost Blow off valve kit, 4" MBPR Catless Exhaust system and an Eitar Pedal Controller. You'll Rock even more Bro just as me....thanx for the video!

Now if you want the full performance toss in about 2 tanks of Shell 93 Vpower by the end of the first tank the Knock mod with adjust for 93 and not pull timing. Racetrak never has gotten my gauge over -0.62

@@alanthesalamander2327 If you were to be in a 5.0 vs 3.5 at 75mph and both floor it the 5.0 would slightly pull away, only has 30 more hp (less torque) but if you went 0-100 5.0 vs 3.5 both completely stock the 5.0 would never pass it. the ecoboost has so much more torque and at a lower rpm, off the line the 30 more hp that the 5.0 has it wouldn't be able to overcome it unless you had miles and miles of straight road.

Idk about all that lol I got a 2017 coyote and when it was stock if I put it in sports mode and click the traction control off then click it twice really fast it puts my truck in advance sports mode. All I can say is I could spin tires already driving 40mph with size 33 mud tires...not saying I could smoke the tires or nothing but they would definitely spin for a good 2-3s

Nope your not the only. Even my passengers notice it. Even with the mud tires and lift. Truck definitely rides smoother! I can’t explain it but it feels more dialed in.

Also how long do you drive easy before you punch it after installing a tune to let your truck learn the tune? Iv seen lots of 5star tuned and Lund tune livernois tune and dyno tuned f150s much faster than the mpt tuned f150 do you think those hp/tq numbers are accurate?

Yo! I’m not sure man if it tune the transmission. If you ask mpt I’m sure they can tell you. To me it felt like a couple days before the truck learned the tune. It definitely was noticeable when I first installed it that the truck was learning it but I punched it as soon as I put it on lol! Ummm I haven’t dynod the tune to say if numbers accurate but it’s 100% faster no question than stock. I believe the numbers they market.. the 100hp gains is related to the 3.5 ecoboost . The 5.0 and 2.7 have different numbers that aren’t as high.

Has the tune given you any trouble? I just got it and all I can say is WOW, feels soooo much different. I’m just a little worried about it pushing the engine too much lol

Brian Mueller tstat? Youll be fine without that upgraded intercooler. Mine has stock intercooler only thing I did buy was a performance thermostat if that’s what you meant. However I haven’t installed it 😂. Definitely consider the thermostat. Intercooler I wouldn’t rush to do

Do IT! Lol. This was my first time tuning as well. Serious note, do your research and know it will void your warranty if you have one. I went with MPT Tune and I love it. Other popular ones I saw was 5 Star tuning and I think Bear was the other.

I’m not 100% sure but think I’ve seen up to 12-16lbs. I honestly haven’t paid it much attention. MPT May have something on their website. There’s always that chance as tuning definitely void warranty. I recommend calling them if you have some concerns. They may have more information on boost etc. Each tune will be different as they base it on your vehicle setup.

Do you have a link on where to buy the tuner? The truck sounds good bro any intake or exhaust?

No exhaust. Only drop in K&N air filter. I do notice with the tune I can hear the turbos a lot more. I got my tuner and custom tunes from “more power tuning” or “mpt tunes”for short. Here’s the link. Hey man! I basically unplugged everything, got out the truck locked everything up as if I was leaving it for the night. I then went back and did it over. Try leaving the driver door open when you do it. When I first did the tune I did it that way and no issues. When I got the error I had all doors closed. Also DONT TOUCH ANYTHING when doing it.

Man honestly I don’t have any experience with SCT but a lot of people use them. The guy I raced with the SCT tune was on stock wheels and had 10spd. I have lift, big tires and 6spd and the race was still pretty close. Stock for stock and if I had 10spd I think MPT tune is faster. Just my opinion. MPT website is “morepowertuning.com”

Transmission issues for me with the 93 PRX racing shifting, don’t recommend that specific tune, I am happy with 93 PRX tow performance tune with MPT of course

KickinItWithQ oh ok I have a 3:31. If you’ve never done it clean your map sensors on the top of the intake and in front of the throttle body, with mass air flow sensor cleaner. Wait until they dry and put them back in. Re tune start and let idle for 5 mins then drive. Oil blow by coats them and can cause poor gas mileage! A catch can resolves much of this!

Levi Hayes I’ve only have about 19-20k miles and so far I haven’t had any issues. Ford is reliable brand but of course you will have issues, that’s apart of owning anything. Just research and see what you feel.
