@@Atamosk-bu7zt I get the joke, it’s funny, but I think I know why he still said it was unexpected. When you think of Hat Kid and A Hat In Time, you probably think of 3D platformers that focus heavily on collecting and exploring, and not 2D rogue likes that focus heavily on combat and combos.

Just so ya'll know, the game is developed by Perú based studio LEAP, and is based on Peruvian Folklore, taking MASSIVE inspiration from pre-hispanic Incan Culture! As a Peruvian myself, I'm glad people finally see something of our particular Culture that appeals to them outside of "The Emperor's New Groove"! Thanks to Hat Kid for getting people to look at the game, too! Hope you guys enjoy what you see!

Feast upon it, the closest thing you'll get to the next A Hat in Time game.

I once asked Saria why was Hat Kid in Tunche, and if it was some interesting business tactic, but basically, considering AHiT made it big, they figured this was a method of exposing other indie games and studios. They weren't tagging with no triple AAA game studio, so it made sense.

I agreed in the fact fells out of place, but in my opinion is one of those weird that makes you stop look at it so I think whatever they tried it worked also I played one of the last Marvel VS Capcom just because I loved seen the contrast of Phoenix Right fighting against Hulk and Spider-Man I think the same apply here

Seeing Hat Kid randomly out of nowhere in a recommended video sure is quite a surprise. Game looks pretty interesting and pretty, definitely gonna think about getting it on PC next time I'm out for new games

I have a dream to see hat kid pop up in a bunch of different indie games with different artstyles, with no rhyme or reason and always being introduced with her dancing.

I have been waiting for this game since its kickstarter back in 2018. So, SO glad this game came out as awesome as it did.

As much as she didn't get to be in Smash hat kid is definitely going to make an appearance in there in the next game or if Nintendo is nice enough to give us Fighter Pass DLC season 3. (Note just because Sakurai has retired making the game that doesn't mean Nintendo hasn't keep in mind Nintendo is a company Masahiro Sakurai is a person and that's the end of the day he deserves a break) sadly I don't think there will be another one but it would be nice if they proved us wrong otherwise lol

I played a demo of this game before. The attack patron of the bosses are not too hard to learn and once you learn them the game gets more fun, just don't go unga bunga with any boss you fight, specially the one that throws waves at you.

I click on this for Hat kid, but this looks to be a good game in its own right. I'll be picking it up.
