Loving this series! Thanks for the tips! I know a lot of guys fish bass way up in the river of this lake and do pretty well.

Appreciate it! Glad to help. I’ve heard certain times of the year the upper end is very popular. I need to spend more time up there… I guess I will have to re-do this video next year once I figure it out.

My uncle lives in Wagoner and fishes this lake often. My wife and I visit about every other year and fish with him. We live in Iowa but it's one of my favorite places to fish. I've ordered a tracker boat out of Springfield and since it's only 3 hours away the boats going to get broke in on Gibson next August. I didn't know there were crappie there. Going to have to try my luck at catching some slabs. Thanks for all the info.

Awesome! Glad to help. August will be a tough time on that lake but guarantee the white bass will be biting and crappie will be up under docks. Try the marina by bridge

@@PrestigeWorldwideFishing we jug for catfish, this year we're bringing some poles tho. Wanna be out on the water as long as I can.
I live in white horn, Just north of Wagoner, right on the lake. It's a man made lake. I fish for catfish/painfish mostly. I catch all kinds of stuff out here. Sand bass, strippers, large/small mouth, spotted bass, I catch all catfish here. There are walleye, saugeye, drum, carp and all kinds of stuff. Not to mention the gar. The biggest cat caught out here was an 88 lb blue a few years back. Was confirmed to be released too

Never heard of it. Sounds like a good lake though with lots of options for catching. I will look it up. Take care!
Thanks for the detailed info on this lake. I'll be staying at the park in the lower end and will give catfish and large mouth a try. Great channel name BTW !

Typically in the mid to high 50s.
