Phoibos Wave Master in Orange now I have to seriously look at MMI Turret Chronograph in Yellow, that lume is crazy! Chris you are making me buy a larger watch box 12 just isn't big enough 😎

I have the yellow on pre order and love the 70's vibe. I'm pretty sure the pushers arent screw down though, just made to look like it. If they actually screw down I'll like it even more.

I have the first version in yellow and it was one of my best buys, it is a fun watch. I like the TV style subdials a lot, the lume is great and it is a very wearable chronograph even for smaller wrists. I just checked: The old yellow version did not have a lumed dial. Also, the bezel was a bit hard to operate, seeing your video I think they improved on that and also, the pushers in my version looked like they could be disabled by screwing them in, but that was not the case, it was just a design feature.

The colour combo rocks (as does the alternate). I also like 70s sub dials. I think that is a winner.

Looks cool, and that is a pretty insane spec list for 329 dollars.

The lume is great. But, I wish the hands were left matt black. Fully lumed dials work best with hands in silhouette in my opinion.

There was no blue one on V1. Grey, yellow, red, black and white where the colors.

Now you’re talking! A 12 hour dial with the VK 67! Why the 24 hour (imho…the moron dial) is used by any manufacture and will not die is beyond me. This VK series is just as cheap as the VK 64 or VK 63. Great review! And the VJ 7750 layout is great!

Seiko mecha quartz is everywhere.. I thought it was mechanical.

Curious where you are coming up with $329 when it says $374 on website? Is there an additional discount that i am missing?

MMI Watches launched them 1st February (pre-launch), that was USD 140 off. After launch it’s USD 100 off ~ USD 369. The website display and charge in SGD, so depending on USD ~ SGD rate will go up and down.

Nice watch,i like phoibos,but for homage watch its just like san martin,they are more and more expensive and for only seiko nh35 mouvment,the idea for me with this kind of brand is low cost for pleasure of having diferent watchs,but if they take themselve in serious at the end will be better to buy a tissot,or other more famous brand

No thanks. To me it's too busy and the bezel looks like it gets thinner on the pusher side than the left. But I do prefer chronographs without tach bezels.
