Kewpie doll? I should say so. Lovable and huggable she may but a serious, talented and much admired musician.

One of the best songs of this genre I've heard the group produce. tHE musical balance is exceptional. Kudos!

Such talent. Such spirit. Such fun. All that with a living, breathing, kewpie doll leading the band and masterfully playing a hot, hot, hot cornet (and sometimes displaying her virtuosity on piano). Shaye Cohn and her Tuba Skinny traditional jazz band exceed superlatives.

Very good, as usual.

My friend David Wiseman filmed them playing it at the dba in 2017: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qqWb0NeGXaW4XdY.html. On that occasion they played it in the key of F. But I note they have taken it a bit higher to Bb in this Jazz Centrum Vlaanderen performance.

Super Jazz , as usual with Tuba Skinny! And as usual in certain Clubs, BAD MICROPHONE BALANCE, the rhythm section is engulfing the sound of the 3 blowing instruments "front line" , who should always be in first plane.

I like to hear all the instruments. The banjo here is a little hot, but I can barely hear the washboard except in solo. And notice that the washboard is the only solo that gets applause. That's interesting.

totally disagree. great balance between the instruments. they have a great rhymn section which supports the lead intruments and vocals. the leads always come thru well.

Sound balance is fine Tit Mart, this is a live performance not a studio recording, go & criticise somewhere else.
