How to change the lock back to online again? Since yesterday i get a message from the app saying that the lock is not online anymore. All the passcodes do not work only the admin code works. Can this be resolved without being there physically where the lock is installed?

I hope someone can answer ASAP. Does the app indicate the door lock battery, and does this feature work in any model or brand?

Yes it does shows battery level on the app

Anyone know how to add the fingerprint to the rear (internal) fingerprint sensor? It doesn’t accept the fingerprint you’ve stored for the external one. The manual says something about the reset button but there is no explanation what that is.

Factory reset the lock and you should be good to set it up as a new lock

I have a prolem. I bought an apartment from somone that had trlock and now im unable to reset the door code and fingerprints… icant connect t the lock

Yes. U need to buy a gateway to pair with the lock and wifi at the lock location to lock/unlock remotely

As far as I understand piba are only used for unlocking. The TTLock app has a feature that lets you set it so that lock automatically locks after certain amount of seconds. Also most locks have an easy lock feature. You just do a long press on the number sign and it locks

@theMiketwo, you are very correct, the pin, card, ekey, etc are only for unlocking. The doorlock locks back automatically after some predefined seconds. If you raise the handle up instead of down (which is used for unlocking) the main lock comes out and it’s locked into you use your code again

Easy fix, There's an internal lip/triangle around the receptive alu for the pin on the outside part of the lock. This can be changed and needs to point into the direction of the opening or opposite direction of the handle. I found this in a downloadable manual of an older lock

How do I use the keypads for unlock the lock ???

I thought the app can lock or unlock when far away from home . I tried today but didn’t work

So when you have more than one lock, you have to record fingerprint for each lock you can not move it to another lock in the group like you can with the passcode. This is some bug within the app.

There is a part of grouping on the app, and also records can be transferred amongst locks

Lock works fine but anyone can open it from the outside with OR with any of the unlocking modalities. Am I missing any step before it becomes fully functional? I've set up everything, passcode, card, fingerprint. Everything works it just does not stay locked when I try to open it normally.

The lock shows on my phone but in reality didn’t work I have to use the key. I try everything. Watching many videos. Now I try resetting but on the phone says the lock is not found. It’s crazy. I’m so regret for bought this. It’s already 2 days I’m try contacting customer service. I send many emails no answer. Very disappointing

Yes sorry you need to open it and turn the Center steel bit 180 degrees around, it will make the mechanism lock and open correctly. It admits the square metal pin in the Center and needs to be adjusted depending the vs LH opening

If the lock shows but does not work it means the Bluetooth part of the motherboard works but the lock may not. Issues can very various. The design of these locks are to break easily with flimsy wires around the Center/ pin assembly, one of them might easily be torn during insertion, check them first. Battery tray mist be intact and same for connections to motherboard as. The lock shows. Keypad and fingerprint sensor responsive and illuminated? If they are lit and the keypad responds to your fingers, then it might be Bluetooth connectivity If it's not found anymore check batteries If number 5 steadily lights up that's the fingerprint sensor, disconnect it( careful!) And it works

My Ttlock while pairing always appeared (Restart Bluetooth) many times I tried but always the same. How paired correctly?

No. It’s not Tuya compatible. Tuya and smart life are different app entirely. But I think TTLOCK has more robust feature compare to Tuya cos of extra functionality that makes it look like A typical access control

Setup a generated PIN, use it at least once and then it will let you change it to a 4 digit PIN. Good luck!

How do I lock my door lock after i leave the house? It seems to not lock when i leave and i need to be in 2 m approximity to close it. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having it remote?

It locks back automatically after some seconds when you have used your authentication (key, code, card, fingerprint). Basically the handle becomes disengaged from the engine after some seconds of activation. You will be able to engage it back by using your authentication

Well, after going nowhere with the operation failed, I decided to turn off and back on the phone and it manage to pair up! Would advise anyone else having the same issue to try it :)

I have the same problem. Even after integrating the API with my system, it is the same. The code will program or it will not. I sent a question to three emails found in the app, in the web interface, and on the website. No answer in any case. It is sad because I wanted to arm all doors with TTLock. Maybe someone will help here?

150 users I think. You need to upload the data to the sever before you can query it to get other infos

this is not accurate, the lock does not send automatically password and people have to download app.
