How to pair your G2 gateway with the App(TTLock), and how to use Alexa to control your door lock.

When you add the gateway, you can remotely unlock or lock the door anywhere anytime, and also you can use Alexa to control your door. Meanwhile, it supports to share, modify, and delete E-key/ the passcode anytime, anywhere, battery life, and unlock activity logs.

I am renovating an architect's home. It has several doors : 2 main doors plus several additional exterior doors. How can I receive advice regarding which locks are best for which doors? I like the "gold" color locks. For the 2 main doors I like the fingerprint / fib ic card / keypad passcode / smartphone override locks. For the several additional exterior doors I would like something a little less, but that work with the 2 main doors so that the entire home all works 'as one'. The home has excellent wifi. I use iPhones. Already installed is Phillips Hue, a separate security system, and Alexa throughout. Can you please advise me as to what to choose? Reply with a link to my best choices? - Thank you!

It sucks that it requires 2.4 band on the wireless router
Is the Gateway suppose to be 10 feet from the router or the doorknob?

The distance between the gateway and the lock within 5 meters
The locks show up as non responsive in the app. Sometimes I am able to lock them by voice but other times they say they are not responsive. Is this fixable?

On my cellphone I have to press lock to unlock and unlock to lock ????

If your lock is backward, please check Settings > Door Orientation > Door opening direction. If the problem is still unresolved, please contact us at vivian950909guo@gmail.com

Only the owner of the lock, if you are the owner, you can add the admin for your lock.
I sign into scienersmart site for Google home but your app says it can not connect to website!!! Will not work...

@@vilmacastell3847 turn on bluetooth and location, then search. New premissions on android phones. Worked for me!

@@vilmacastell3847 please reset the gateway first, and make sure the gateway is close to the lock within 5 meters. And you need to set up the gateway within 2 minutes. When it is red and blue, you can find it in your App, if it red light, please reset the gateway again.
is alexa required? I don't have or want it

@@mobarkbinswidan7194 have you turn on the remote unlock button? Have you paired with the gateway? If the gateway is online status and the lock works. Please make sure the remote unlock button is on. And touch the little icon in the App, to remote unlock the door. If it still not working, please contact me at vivian950909guo@gmail.com
