One at home...Love it!

First... I researched the crap our off every comparable product before I made this purchase, and now over 6 months into having it a part of the smart house, I am still confident I made the right choice! So the following is just a suggestion based a usage scenario I have noticed since we are now into warmer weather here in the midwest. I Love the autolock feature and prefer to keep it on but it would be great if there some additions decisions based on time of day and users' GPS location that could disable it automatically if defined criteria were met. I am afraid the deadbolt is going to suffer an early death when we leave the door open purposely and it gets pushed closed (by hand or wind) and slams the open deadbolt into the strike plate. Perhaps this could be opened up via IFTTT easier than app modifications. Just some thoughts.... love your innovation!

Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro WiFi instructions states we can't use the sensor on a metal door frame. I live in an apartment with a metal doorframe and can't replace the door frame. Are there any workarounds for this issue?

is this the same app for other ultraloq products like UL3 ? i am interested in the notification within app such as being notified when lock activated , tks

Hey, yes all our locks use the same App, but UL3 is the only lock that does not support noti fications.

Hi, how many different locks can be stored in the app? Also how many locks can connect to the same bridge? Looking at using this for multiple properties and locks. Thanks

Hello, 1. There is no limit of locks that can be stored in the App. 2. Each lock needs a dedicated Bridge.

How can I get Google to recognize the status of the lock? When I ask Google for the status it, Google always states the lock is unlocked wetter it is locked or not. The alexa assistant doesn't have this issue. When asked the status alexa correctly announces if the lock is locked or unlocked.

Hey Michael, the best practice is that every person that wants to control the lock with their phone, check logs, add or delete users, should open their own account, and one Admin that will have full control of all the accounts.

Hi, the indoor hardware had some problems, so I was sent a replacement. But, now I can't connect. I get to the part where it's connecting, and then it says Fail. I pass the part where the wifi turns green, but the Bluetooth part keeps failing. Please help
