Thanos’s snap was intended to curb overpopulation on planets across the universe, so I think it’s safe to assume that the snap killed 50% of each planet’s population individually, rather than 50% across the entire universe at random, so saying “50% of the Moons in each kingdom were killed” makes sense

I feel like theres a genius video idea in a calendar competition. Get two-three people to make a mario calendar in idk, 45 minutes, and then have someone else judge how well it represents that month. Preferably have the judge not know who submitted which picture.

Checkpoint%: You collect every single checkpoint/flag in smo *but* you also have to beat the game!

Impostor%: Get the Luigi outfit as fast as you can and then talk to him in any kingdom.

1:16 "We're in an alternate universe now. I think those exist in Marvel. I don't know. I don't watch any of the movies. This is a different snap with different moons." Yup, alternate universes exist in Marvel. And snaps can only affect one universe each because the infinity stones only work in their own universe.

Color%. Every kingdom you spin a wheel with 9 colors: Red, orange, yellow, green, blue, white, gray, brown, and black. Whichever color you get, you can't touch. If you do touch the color, you die.

The Snap% run could be really fun for a race (potentially)

Gardener%. You have to get every plant-related moon. The seeds, the beanstalks, the cacti, etc.

Cars 3%: Kill the number of goombas as the Rev n Go sponsor number (73) in cars.

Callender% seems like it would be really interesting to see from a bunch of different streamers. Cause depending on where you live the different months mean different things, like up here in Canada, October isnt really Halloween, more so preperations for the winter.

I actually like the idea of a Thanos% race, because it forces you to take the any% route, & adapt it on the fly.

i love these videos, you should keep doing them fir. Also here's a speedrun challenge that you can try to get modded. Slaughter%: you start with a 30 sec timer for every kingdom that will count down and kill you if it reaches 0. You can gain 15 seconds of extra time on your life if you kill any enemy such as a goomba for example. Before kindgoms without any enemies to kill like ruined kingdom, you can have a 2 minute timer as it would probably be impossible with 30 seconds to beat the dragon.

Speedrun idea: Homeless% Mario is now homeless and has go up to random NPCs and beg for moons. The NPCs will give him a task or errand to do, like go ground pound this spot, or bring me this seed, or kill this enemy, exc. It could also be transformed into Felon% Mario has been sent to jail and has to perform community service to complete his sentence and save peach :)

God mode% Mario is uncontrollable. Super speed, fly, strength, etc

Talking Ben%. You must ask Ben for every non story moon before picking it up. You can ask for a normal any% for any 3 kingdoms. If he laughs you need to pick up an extra moon. Restart if you get softlocked. Edit: I tried this run and he laughed so much that I am removing that rule if you try this run.

Honestly the Pizza% one was kinda hype

Gamble% Do the any% route but you have to gamble in every kingdom that has the gambling game available, and you have to get every ending in the gambling. (At least 1 coin win, 1 heart win, 1 moon win, etc)

Social interaction% get every moon that requires you to talk to an NPC

Homeless%. No cappy,no camera,no captures,no costumes and no checkpoints. Beat the game in 5 minutes or less.

These videos are hilarious, and I hope that the "Stop sending me ideas" was in jest and you do more. Honestly, there could be some interesting potential in "Thanos races" or similar if it was smart enough to guarantee the game can be completed. Remembering moons off the beaten path to get to get through quickly could be interesting. Also, feel free to disregard if you really don't want more ideas, buuuuuut: Orbit%: Every time you pick up a moon, a 2 D sprite of it appears on your HUD and starts to orbit Mario. Each moon starts at a random distance and orbits at a random speed/direction. Get as far into the game as you can before your screen gets totally obscured by moons.

Mystery% you get a friend to write down a specific task for you to complete. It could be like getting a specific moon, jumping of a specific cliff, or bonking in a random spot. It could be literally anything. You do not know what it is and you have to guess by doing the things and when you do the right thing, they tell you and the run is over.

Ultimate Bonk%. Bonk on every wall in the game. Fences count, anything you can bonk on (this counts takin damage from enemies) counts.

Vacation% Mario takes a vacation at seaside kingdom. Requirements: Mollusque Lanceur must be defeated, Mario must be wearing the resort hat and resort outfit, and needs to rest rest on one of the few lounge chairs to end the speedrun. THE SPEEDRUN MUST BE IN A NEW FILE.

Cat% a cat spawns in each kingdom and you have to find them before you move on

World Bonk%: Bonk in every Kingdom as fast as possible

I thought of the best speedrun Heat%: After every moon put on 1 blanket

“HES ALIVES!” as he says in glory

Hatcapture%. Get atleast 20 different hats from stores and capture 20 different enemies with each of the 20 hats. You also have to spin every moon with your hat(anykind is fine) before you collect that moon.

Fir% Do your favorite moon, in your favorite kingdom, in your favorite outfit, while wearing your favorite hat, and saying your favorite word at the same time at least once.🗿

Villager% what ever kingdom your in, you have to speak like the characters that live in that kingdom

MaximumCapture% You have to capture every possible capture in the game. The speed run ends when you capture every possible capturable thing in the game

Next up Delete%, if you bonk or take damage, a 5 random moons get deleted from the kingdom your in. And if you die, you need to get 3 extra moons to complete the kingdom.

This deserves its own stream/video due to the inevitable long length it will have%: 100% but you have to do the moons in order. Not kingdom order though. You can collect moons 1,2,3 in Sand Kingdom, then go to Cap and collect moons 1,2,3,4, and then go back to Sand to collect moons 4,5,6.

Democracy%: every second moon you have to let chat vote whether you can get it or not (if chat votes no, they have to vote on more moons until they say yes. Then you have one free one (however you cannot pick one up that chat previously said no to) and then chat has to vote again and so on). Anyway, great video again!

Inverted% You play the game like a normal speedrun, but you hold the left joycon in your right hand, and the right joycon in your left hand.

Toad%, in a 100% file, get to every kingdom and talk to captain toad as fast as possible without warping. Run ends when you talk to all of them.

Murder percent, mario kill every thing on sight while trying to beat the game

First one would be good for a challenge race, just fix it so its half in every area and pthe checks okay.

1% you walk, 5 steps. That’s it.🗿

Then again, if you managed to leave the Lost Kingdom, you would be stuck in the Ruined Kingdom since it only has 3 base-game moons. My suggestion: Remember the Birdwatching%? Do that but with enemies that you come across throughout the game like Bullet Bills, the Dragon, Gushens etc.

Sphere% in every kingdom you have to find 3 spheres. If you can’t find 3 in one kingdom the run is over

Pizza 2.0% Every time you complete a kingdom you eat a slice of pizza when all 8 slices are gone the run ends and you have to order it from a papa murphy's

Plush% try getting as far as you can in the game before someone buys your plush.

Serene%: Kill one regular size Goomba (not the small yellow ones) without jumping on it.

Siri%:prepare 5 (or any number you want) sandwiches. every time you enter a kingdom ask Siri heads or tails. Heads allow you to continue while tails force you to eat a sandwich. run ends when you get tails and have 0 sandwiches left

I Have No Friends% Mario Odyssey, but every NPC is gone

Someone please make the calendar. I think it would be funny if Fir somehow owned the physical thing

Skip percent: get 10 skips as fast as you can, it doesn’t matter what skips just 10 of them.

Random%: every moon you collect teleports you to a random kingdom, except moon.

Apocalypse% Every npc is dead. Bosses are gone and the story moons are just kind of there. No music. Shops are empty, and all creatures have disappeared from the overworld

I suggest "stomp%" The run ends when you have killed every single enemy you can kill by just stomping them, like the Goombas. If any other kind of kill happens because of you, either a direct not-stomp kill or by accident, you have to reset the run, unless it is an obligatory kill to progress on the game, like the bosses.

Fir likes to torture himself, Keep sending more challenges.

Binge% you automatically unlock every kingdom but you can only get moons with numbers like a series, no other moons allowed.

Tax%, a throwback to your mafia debt video where you lose 1 coin every second

I have a hiding spot. Open the door to the odyssey and walk in just enough to the point where you can’t see Mario, but you don’t trigger the loading zone. You will last a while, guaranteed.

Boss%: Play SMO while trying to beat every boss or in general, any NPC that puts other NPC's or Mario at a disadvantage e.g Clepto. The rematch counts too. Time end when you beat every boss. This includes Broodals World Peace bosses like Cookiteel(i cant spell) Bowser Every Rematch Clepto in Mainland Lost and Subarea. and more that I didn't mention.

Furiousgamer% Every time fir tries to input jump/ cap throw/ walk 1/8th of the time the input will not go through Run ends when you beat the game
