Every story like this makes me so impressed with European thieves. In America, the availability of guns really hampers robbers’ creativity. We don’t have anything like this here. Not the fake baby/fake injury trick they use in Paris, nothing! This is the number one thing I tell American friends when they are planning to travel to Europe, as we would just never expect it

That way of mugging happens a lot in London. I was in a pub and a girl on the table next to me got her phone mugged, she only realised after the lady with the paper had been told to leave by the staff, and lost her phone. Never leave your phone (or wallet!) on the table guys!

I know that phone trick has happened to so many people especially in outdoor cafes which is really unfortunate :(

The reason you climb is why I do yoga or meditate. Love all the songs you mentioned in this video. They often label clothes incorrectly, so annoying! Minimalism and me is like minimalism and you Jack, I really get it. I have a fear of rocking boats so... but that canal boat bookshop looks so awesome! I usually order books online but I do love browsing bookshops. LOVE the sunset. Love the moon. Inamo is AWESOME! Love how right after you said "a moment of silence for our fallen troops" ads came on.

YES I only got into Hamilton when they released it in July on Disney Plus and let me tell you I have never been so obsessed. I watch it almost once a week and I continuously sing the songs to the point where my younger brother has started singing them with me

Every time I'm watching your videos you are the main character for me, I don't know if it helps but there it is (also, I'm new, that's why I'm commenting in old videos)

I did a course on graffiti at uni actually! Most people's words are something personal to them, and there's meanings to a lot of the symbolism around graffiti which I recommend looking up if you have the time! I also recommend sitting and working out your tag, it's quite fun to try out different graffiti styles just on a piece of paper when you're bored!

I'm liking this vlog a lot!

My phone was taken from my hands just off of Oxford St as I was checking Google maps. I never heard of that happening before but apparently phone thefts are so prevalent in London!! I learned about the paper trick too. I'm soooo protective of my phone (and other belongings) now and rarely ever take out my phone while walking in central. Glad you caught her in the act and got your phone back!
