The reason you were having stomach problems and tate doesn't is because of andrew's body having adjusted to an unhealthy diet and your body hasn't. Kinda like when you're warm and step in a cold shower it feels -30c° but if you're a bit colder (like 16c°) it only feels like -20c°. (Numbers are not accurate as they were pulled out of my ass but the concept is still proven.)
