game is great but ironically its full of bugs. You literal cant finish one side quest.

​@@purefoldnz3070 had 100% completion of main & side quests after 2-3 days of playing after release except data pads, now on the second playtrough and 100% including all pads in up to the second mission, no promblems here, sure it crashed once or twice but other than that nothing game or mission breaking.

Yessssss thank you Joe. Super impressed by this game and what it has done for the aliens franchise. This game is what Isolation did for the first ALIEN movie

The stress is explained in the games info tab. You have 3 stages of stress. White stress all good Yellow stress you got 1 penalty Red stress you get more penalties

lets be honest the stealth sections would break him, it gets very difficult towards the end and you cant go in guns blazing.

Would definitely watch you guys play a lot more of this and get deeper into the game. Seems pretty good so far. Needs a little polish here and there. Very interested in seeing how far upgrading marines can go.

With one character in the tutorial it's pretty easy. With a 4 or 5 man squad, the mechanic is pretty lacking, as there aren't any cover markers on walls or a lot of objects, and even when there are markers, they're sometimes in really bad places, and Marines just "take cover" in plain sight.

@@theveteransergeant cover matters for stealth or if there is ranged enemies if the main enemy is xeno's then proper tactics will be better then cover.

I planted like ten motion detectors next to every APC point -- blowing one was like turning on the xeno garbage disposal

Look like I missed this video sorry I was too busy having the best Aliens experience since I played AVP 2! The map details are amazing I wish we could walk the levels in first person just to take in the incredible detail.

This game looks amazing. Definitely buying.

Remember the good old days when you'd get to a spot where the save game has a 15 minute load time (Playing a Pentium 2 generation on Pentium 1) and makes you replay cutscenes (CD spinning up) you couldn't skip the cutscene and then you keep getting killed over and over. Ahhh the good ol days.

I have the same issue with people calling plugs/tunnels gauges. Also saying they gauged their ears instead of stretched.

You convinced me to buy the game in the first 5 minutes.

Why didn't this game have co op? Two players with two squads going into large colony's to explore, salvage, rescue, and cleanse. All with level up mechanics.

As someone who plays these RTS games meticulously, it pains me a bit watching Joe but otherwise hilarious. This game is surprising great. I have some gripes about some things but they're just mainly QoL stuff that doesn't really get in the way of gameplay and overall story.

Holy shit was it painful watching Joe try to get through the tutorial stealth section. The tutorial is not supposed to be that hard, he's playing WAY too slow and not aggressive enough because he thinks stealth is supposed to be slow.

If you support bad games all you get are more bad games, developers and publishers need to try more and make less rubbish games. They will do a better job if it's the only way they get your money.

If you have a different opinion than Alex on anything, you are a worse human being than most human beings.

This is more of a Fireteam strategic take on the franchise... It's pretty simple and poor. It shines on environment and story but... Everything else is meh. It's full of glitches, some are obvious some aren't, I actually haven't seen these level of glitches in a longggg time. And they're strange... Sometimes you have zero, sometimes they're all over the place. Quest glitches, object glitches, elevator glitches, ragdoll glitches, etcetcetc. This is a bad cooked game. Definitely needs more DLC with customization possibilities (and patches! Lotsss of them)... And yeah... It's a STEALTH game. You can't go around shooting Aliens because the difficulty increases the more you stay visible. Which is somewhat stupid on many levels... 1) It's marines not ninjas 2) Aliens shouldn't have an infinity supply of drones for everytime you shoot or are revealed and 3) When you go fight bosses for example, it would be advisable to have ZERO hunts. You can't deal with the big guys while having the lightning fast ones on your back, Marines can't barely deal with 2-4 aliens let alone 6 with a boss. So yeah, nice try it's a fun game that captures a lot correctly about the Alien Universe... But it still isn't hitting for me

Sentry gun needs a patch, if that weak needs to be beast.
