TRY THIS For 7 Days To Completely CHANGE YOUR LIFE In 2022! | Dr. Joe Dispenza & Jay Shetty

Dr. Joe Dispenza joins Jay Shetty to talk about how our thoughts and emotions can affect our physical body, the unconscious process of making your feelings become the means of thinking, and reaching an awareness of the possibilities you haven’t thought before.
Dr Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is a Doctor of Chiropractic. His post graduate training includes the fields of neuroscience and neuroplasticity, quantitative electroencephalogram (QEEG) measurements, epigenetics, mind-body medicine, and brain/heart coherence.
What We Discuss with Dr. Joe:
00:00 Intro
01:55 What's the biggest difficulty or challenge you've had to overcome in the past 12 months?
04:57 Challenging thoughts we’ve developed that affects how we feel
07:34 The Familiar Past, our feelings become the means of thinking
12:33 Overcoming your old personality to create the energy to heal
18:24 In the unknown, you learn how to be comfortable with the unknown
23:27 Processing problems productively and effectively through thoughts
27:50 Not reacting emotionally is going to change the energy of how you address a situation
33:17 The fear has to be addressed if you want to be healed
37:54 Why is our memory for pain stronger than our memory of success or joy?
43:19 Your experience produces a feeling that is not chemical
48:25 What disconnects us from our awakening and connection to the divine
54:36 Deducing the energy frequency of the people you meet
58:11 The heart is the middle path, it’s a union of polarity
01:08:47 People are the example of truth, we take care of one another and we heal together
01:14:13 The purpose of life is to figure out its purpose

Agree on the point that we can create our own reality in our mind! 2 years ago I had an severe brain aneurysm rupture and thus a stroke and I was paralysed on the left side of my body and couldn't feel or move the left side for about 5 days while I was in a hospital after waking up from operation and coma. I honestly don't remember that period clearly, but my mom told me that at that time when I couldn't move by myself and couldn't feel my left hand and a leg I told her that I was staying positive and constantly imagining myself feeling and moving my left side in my mind. And eventually I got able to feel and move my left side in reality on the 7th day after a stroke. And after about 2 weeks I was able to walk by myself again, eat, wash, dress and even did body stretching in a hospital bed by myself😅. Also, I actually feel so proud of myself and I have learnt to be grateful for all the seemingly simple every day things I am able to do right now. I have learnt to appreciate everything and everyone I have in my life. Wish everyone health! 🌿🤍🤗

This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it kzread.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

I was diagnosed with a brain tumor in Dec 2020. I started meditating sincerely on Jan 4, 2021. On Feb 26, 2021 something at the base of mine spine started uncoiling and moving upward. It went little over my waist and stopped. I got my next MRI done on Apr 27, 2021..In the report and scans the size of the tumor came out to be reduced. Something genuinely worked for me. Thank you Dr Joe for not caring about others opinions and keep doing the work you do. It's life changing for many of us.

We actually heal ourselves, the doctors don’t heal us. We can use mind over matter, dietary changes to fix our health. The doctors only know how to give dangerous drugs that will give side effects. The big pharma has no interest in healing you, they only make money when you are sick, so what would be their incentive to heal anybody. We need to take charge of our health.

I have literally sobbed listening to you describe what I’m experiencing. This has taken YEARS for me to establish and parts of me are still hesitant but it is getting easier to shake that off when it happens. I’m so emotional lately and confused at times but it’s like stepping into paradise. For perspective: I don’t have a place of my own and I’m working a dreamlike job that was easier for me to step into than it’s ever been. I have also found a person who is far beyond a partner or a friend. He’s my equal in every way. The work is worth the reward squared!!!!!!

My favorite jist of Dr. Joe Dispenza is the idea that we can create a feeling in our body with our mind, with just our thoughts. It’s a feeling of real euphoria, brought on by the anticipation and gratitude of having something that you previously thought you couldn’t have or that would take a long time or that you would have to really struggle to obtain, and that by doing so you actually make possible and shorten the time it takes for that thing to actually come to you. And it’s all backed by neuroscience and psychology. 😊 and from my experience the thing many would call magic, is real

OMG!!!! this is the richest of all. "staying in the unkown", "finding familiarity with THE unfamiliarity", "trust the innate", " part of the union, descended down to density", i mean wow!!! This is absolutely rich. how enlightenment, breakthrough, nirvana, union, is all but and starts with one and practicing with the unfamiliarity , the unknown and learning to unlearn. God! it was only 2 weeks back when i had gotten frustrated after 40-45 days of meditating. distractions during breath work, thoughts running wild and so much more. and everyday i felt i am going in the opposite direction of growth but it makes so much more sense now. i was infact attentive to those distractions and had gained awareness at that moment. This time that i had get back to the process, i can finally not get mad and impulsive. i shall infact welcome those new unknown.

I deserve to experience it while changing myself at my core and also its important to me to help others.

Making the separation in my mind of matter creating matter and identifying that feeling, bringing awareness to the discord that arises as a result.. that really hit me. I've had a spiritual awakening and still sort of wallowing in self doubt and thinking I'm not doing anything right, or questioning if I'm on the right path.. thank you for explaining these things so eloquently. It really gave me a fresh perspective and made me remember what I remembered but forgot through autonomy. Teachers of old have said woe to the person who becomes spiritually awakened and falls back asleep, because they have this tendency to augment the doubt and dissolution keeping them tethered to "matter," creating habits that make it that much harder to reroute later. What you guys discussed here really make it more human of an experience.. that so much exists inside that cosmic egg with infinite possibilities. I'm incredibly grateful to have heard this today. Thank you so much for making all of these concepts so much more relatable to those anywhere on this journey. 💗
