Try This Challenge For ABS ! ( LEGS DON'T TOUCH FLOOR ) By Ivan Rusakov

@@jessecane8390 Because he doesn't give a shit about you and your limitations. He's only here for clicks and subs. Spot body fat reduction is a physiological impossibility and significant muscle hypertrophy takes many months to years to accomplish. You're on the wrong site if you want actual quality fitness advice. I would suggest Sean Nalewanyj among others. The problem is that the internet is filled with frauds and you're going to have to do some research to find qualified instructors. Good luck.

Now that I pay attention to my diet, even all of my friends say that I am no longer such a stick.😂 sorry for my bad english btw haha ... anyway, in the end it is always important to pay attention to the diet, and as a teenager above all. I'm not a professional at it, I'm just telling you my personal experiences. It's best to always get a second opinion. I hope i could help you

@Nathi Budhayan I suggest to do everyday but if you are feeling a lot of sore then I suggest you to rest for a day or 2 but you has to control your diet otherwise its gonna take you way longer than a month to get abs (like me)

@@gabcdoo8665 normally I avoids eating fast food, fried food, or very oily food but I think foods like steak are fine because it provides you a lot of nutrients. Also I think its fine eating a little bit of fried food or fast food during the morning but still I'm not professional at these kind of stuff

Llevo casi 3 meses haciendo está rutina 1 vez por semana y es la primera vez que no bajé los pies para abolutsmente nada, y no saben la felicidad que se siente. Después iré progresando y lo hare más veces a la semana 🎉😊 I have like almost 3 months doing this routine once a week and Today was the first time without touching the floor and It felt so good to see and feel the process, maybe I'ma start doing it twice a week in a couple of weeks 🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊

@ivanrusakov I said I’d be back to give you my progress, well I finished day 30 yesterday. I started with a 92cm waistline and day 30 (today) I measured 84cm 🤩😱🥳. While I don’t look exactly how you do, I have lost a significant amount of belly fat in a month than I’ve lost doing 50mins of my usual workouts. I’m going in for another month, and I’m confident I’ll be in the body I want this festive season. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Still going pretty well. My waistline is still dropping, I am now on 78cm. A few weeks ago I added the 7 day belly fat loss also by Ivan, 20 min cardio and increased my water intake to 3l a day. My diet is not strict really, I eat everything in moderation, but have reduced my sugar intake a bit, that was my biggest problem, I ate lots of candy, I replaced that with fruit, fresh and dried, nuts and as a reward a bar or 2 of chocolate as a reward. Abs definition is quite good.

I konked out for 5 seconds halfway thru the knee taps at the end but finished... last 5 seconds wild sloppy but I kept up on day one. I appreciate your bank to this kinda music!!! Lyk at day 30

Did these variations twice a day everyday for 3 weeks now. 4 pack is crystal clear, also decent obliques. But lower abs are still not well defined. Also cut down on rice, potatoes, beer and any kind of sweets.

É isso aí, todo dia. Não é certeza que dá pra ficar com o abdômen trincadinho igual o do Ivan, mas com certeza vai dar um pump muito bom. Cuidar da alimentação também vai ajudar.

i was asking myself too, i don't think but there is someone that does this more times in a day, maybe you can do this in the morning, during your afternoon normal workout and a last in the evening, that should be fine, i think im gonna do this way
