TRX Yoga for a whole body workout and stretch 15 minutes

Do you have a TRX at home collecting dust? Not sure what to do with it? If you have a secure anchor point to hang it from then you can try some of these exercises at home. Holly shares some ideas to combine TRX exercises with Yoga. The TRX is a versatile piece of kit that will give you a full-body workout and combining it with yoga the TRX can really aid in balancing work and inversions.

    I’m wondering how to attach the TRX to your ceiling.

    Hi Jennifer, you need an anchor point ideally an approved TRX one that it fitted to beams in the ceiling, not just anywhere as it won’t take the weight. Alternatively an easier option is to use a TRX door anchor so you simply hang from the back of a door.
