I would call Trump the *"Saul Goodman"* of presidential candidates... but that would be an insult to a fictional character. In reality, Saul Goodman is actually more honest than Trump.

sebaba001 - the Judge presiding over the class-action lawsuit against Trump University, is also a member of the La Raza Lawyers of San Diego. So the lawsuit was going to court whether the claims had any credibility or not. The Judge is acting like nothing more than a political hack for the democrats.

If there's a crime here, its that he hasn't gone to PRISON.

I worked in a private university for 30 years and knew many staff from state schools. High pressure salesmen are used by all. Trust me! This is not news folks. They are all businesses and out to make money, just like car dealers. Making money is the American way, if you have a job you know this.

Fun fact: Bernie's wife ran a college into the ground, she said they had 2.5 million in pledged donations in order to obtain grants from the state of Vermont, but it turns out she only had 1.3 million pledged. Another fun fact: Bill Clinton was an honorary chancellor at a for profit college that lost its accreditation. While he was chancellor the school got tens of millions in grant money from the state department, while Hillary was secretary of state. The school's founder has donated millions to the clinton foundation.

This sounds like the Simpsons episode where Krusty the Klown had "Krusty Kamp" where he was supposed to be there and be with his fans. It turns out they "Drove a dump truck of money to his house" and Krusty had no involvement in it and it was a sham. But this case is extremely sad instead of funny. Trump using a cartoon as the inspiration on a Cash grab scam is just sad, next he will make a costume out of tin-foil and call himself "Professor Chaos" ;op

The scary part is that Trump's supporters do not care one bit about this.

It's disturbing to me after reading the document that it includes a section on what to do if a District Attorney shows up. I can understand why there's a section on what to do with reporters, but it is rather disturbing to know that reporters are immediately asked to leave one of Trump U's free preview events.

There are bad people from both parties. In terms of being a corrupt/ bad person, Clinton is far worse than Trump. Email server scandal, Clinton Foundation, Laureate University, making over $100 million in speeches to Wall Street and financial institutions... And Sanders is much better than Trump. Just because someone is a conservative or a liberal doesn't make them a bad person.

I know people were scammed but I don't understand how. Back in the days of print newspapers the type of ads they showed for Trump U were the type of ads we all knew were scams. "Get rich quick!" "Money for doing next to nothing!" These were the kinds of ads that Trump was running. How did people fall for it?

98% participants of the the three day seminars have given excellent reviews on the programs. Today I watche a vedio of a former student on CNN , but she fails to say why it was a fraud. She said they offer them to leave on day one without paying anything ,if they were not happy. Which she said she was not happy. But was very evasive and did not talk why she continued. I would like to see her review to see if she is telling the truth. She actually sound a fraud.

Neither Hillary nor Trump maybe president for long or an effective president if the Justice department deems that certain people, such as Hillary, are above the law. For instance, the House of Representatives can permanently call either one to testify. The deletion of the Bengazi related E-mails while under Congressional oath is enough to start impeachment proceedings for Hillary.

How do you figure that? What actual university promises the same things that were advertised by Trump U? How many other universities in the US employ instructors who aren't properly accredited? If they do, there are legitimate consequences. They lose their accreditation. The difference here is that people can prove that Trump University was a scam. You may be unhappy with the state of education in the US, and that may be the reason behind the comment, but it isn't the same thing. This case does prove one thing though. Trump would not have a clue how to solve the problems with the education system.

Thank you for doing this, I used to be part of the real estate seminar business. There are legitimate people, but after seeing all of the deceit we decided to get out. I should add I am a licensed real estate broker in Ca. & Hawaii. I have no political love for any of the candidates. They all look like studio wrestlers from my viewpoint. Your video hits the nail on the head, I will add a few factoids. The majority of people sucked into this are depressed. They come to a rah rah session and are told how wonderful everything is. For 5000.00 we will share the secret sauce. For 20,000 we will really share the secret sauce. We will send one of the trainers that don't know their ass from a hole in the ground to help you buy an investment property. They go home, come off the high so its time for another seminar. The people at the seminar are so enamored and want the guru to be their friend. Why ? Because they are depressed and the guru has become the therapist. Ah lets add the book and tape series. There is a list of guys that hand out phony-absolutely worthless information. Almost none of it is usable period. They talk for hours about nothing, circle after circle of confusing people. Lots of math about financing that makes no sense. Max out your cards and we will help you become rich. So now you have some sap that has his bank account drained, they wake up and file a law suit. Guess what , the charlatans have their money and are using it to defend the law suit. You just paid all of their attorney fees. You settle, guess who still ends up on top. Trump is far from the only person in this arena that has filed bankruptcy. Why would you waste time and money when you can hire an experienced realtor that actually knows how investment property works ? The depression and gullibility are usually the key.
