This is the reason why I've never seen him with reading glasses. Several people have told me that he has great difficulty reading: he does it very slowly and he has to sound out the letters and vowels to build syllables. Maybe dyslexia? But for sure he is not an intellectual person. People close to him have said he is not one to pick up a book and read it.

I love how he continuously points the finger at this own kids. Father of the year.

Because you want to see how people are willing to engage in extortion to get out of their contracts. Under no conceivable lease does this man have grounds to terminate his lease. Ahh you have figured out his tell. He has another verbal one. If he says anything and then adds "...That I can tell you", he's lying!! But then again, except in his depositions where he is more up front than in any other setting (although even in depositions he attempts the circumvent and deflect) I think whenever he opens his mouth he is either lying, exaggerating or embellishing, never telling the actual truth.

Philodox wow angry much? Let’s look at the definition of a conflict of interest shall we? According to Webster’s it is: a situation in which a person is in a position to derive personal benefit from actions or decisions made in their official capacity. He is the president of the United States, and in his official capacity he decides to fly down to mar a lago for the weekend...a property which is owned by his company. He charges the secret service a designated room rate to stay at that property and protect him. In its most simple form, his company is earning income directly from the us taxpayers because the secret service has to stay at his property. Let’s come up with another example, let’s say instead he owned a defense company that manufactured weapons. If his company was chosen to manufacture a certain weapon for a branch of the military, it would again be a conflict of interest (any many people would be up in arms about it). The only difference in the example and what he does right now is instead of an arms manufacturer he owns a couple hotels. Now perhaps you can explain to me why my logic is incorrect instead of reducing yourself to saying that I don’t know what I am talking about?

Philodox I actually believe our congressional members shouldn’t be allowed to own stock in anything. They write laws around insider trading but make themselves exempt from those laws. But if Nancy does own stock in Apple, then yes forcing her employees to only buy Apple would be a conflict of interest.

You sign a contract on check in...now obviously the scale of my second example is different in size, but you’re fooling yourself if you think the secret service has the freedom to “choose” where to stay.

The phrase “I don’t know” and “I don’t remember” is the most said phrases in all depositions. Despite however you feel about him politically, he did a good job

He cannot read the lease. It's not because of his forgetting his glasses. He struggles to read.

I have NEVER seen President Trump or Mr Trump wear glasses.

First he said his son did the deal, that all he knew was his son told him, but now he says he sign the deal. Can anyone believe anyone's going to sign something without knowing what's behind if you sign something, what would be the consequences, that's why in one instance, he says he wants to correct what he said. That's call perjury.

This at least three positions one could view this situation: the business side, the political side, and the legal side. The business side says look at the least they made an agreement. The political side says who you are as a person who I am as a person how we view things in our perspective on things impacts who's attracted to my business as a brand people were more attracted to Trump's business because the brand was one thought had to do with excellence in opulence and richness and quality and so on will that brand got tarnished the more one new more about Trump it became more trash stupidity ignorance and more negative lines. And then the Third perspective would be the legal end on the legal side you pretty much have to not weigh the political and give a lot of weight to the business and only determine if the business was illegal and if the political side was also illegal given that neither one of them were illegal it sounds to me like the agreement would hold. In other words Trump would win the case even though the tenant doesn't want to be associated with racist and that Trump's insensitivity might negatively impact the tenants at places associated with the Trump brand.

Objections in depositions are only to have the objection on the record. They have to answer, if they use the deposition that’s where the objections become relevant. There isn’t a judge there.

Have you considered that the situation makes a difference. This is not just any random conversation. He is not supposed to be too open in this situation. Being too open is ALWAYS bad when it comes to situations like this. If you have a lawyer they will probably advice you not to say anything you do not have to. One is also advice to never speak to police even if you do not feel you have anything to hide and that the police are friendly.

Why even look at Trump? Ignore Trump. 1/3 of those who would vote on him may not like him at all. Look at the others. Those people are truly a disaster. All from the trash media doing nothing but make things worse, the useless opponents Trump are facing. These people at least to me seem willing to sacrifice hundreds of thousands to push their own agendas. Then after that you can look at Trump. Those more strict boarders sound pretty good now eh? America, the American people. We should be able to produce what we need ourselves. Its almost as if he has been trying to push for things to protect the nation against a disaster like we are seeing now. Its just too bad he did not get his measures further before the wave hit. One thing seem for sure to me, that he has been trying to make the nation stronger and more resilient. I do believe it is important that America maintain good relationships with many other nations. And I do worry he may not push that enough. Like I believe he should be pushing more of a trade with India. If only due to them being China's rivals. But if he can make America stronger in itself, I would think he would have set things up better for the future.
