I hate Trump but the judge’s daughter is making it very difficult for the judge to appear impartial. In a courtroom, the appearance of the judge’s impartiality is a big ethical rule. I think the judge should recuse himself and stop making this legitimate claim a circus.

@@MatthewFutrell I think you missed my point. It’s not that he actually holds his daughter’s views. It’s that her posts negatively impact his appearance of impartiality. Just like when Clarence Thomas refused to recuse despite knowing a party. They can claim they can adjudicate the cases impartially despite their relationships, but the appearance doesn’t look good. The daughter should really STFU.
