To be fair, if you watch much older interviews when Trump was in his forties, he is much more suave and uses more complex language. In 2016, though, he was only a tiny bit better than now.

I saw an episode describing the way Trump stands being an obvious indicator of dementia and it made so much sense to me. My step father had it and he stood like that, as well as my grandfather.

The joke at the funeral was " How the hell old do you think Sturk would have been?" He was as sharp at 105 as he always was. The family was so sad that my father died so youn at 89.

Yes, she looked frail. But, cripe, she could hold a discussion on just about anything up until the last 15 days. Biden is fine. Trump not so much.

It's not an unreasonable wager. Carter is almost 100 and has been in hospice for over a year now. The man keeps humming along. There is a genetic disposition that gets inherited and massively increases the risk of getting dementia, but there's no guarantee that the disease really breaks out in every individual who has the disposition. I'm much younger than both of them (and female) and on bad days I walk like President does at times. My reason is horrific truck wreck-spinal cord injuries and TBI. We all have something to deal with. Husbands grandmother was mentally sharp as a tack but she had an orthopedic disease that was eating her bones away. So to see her walk you might think frail, but sit down and talk to her and she could set you straight!

My mother lived to be 102 and she remained totally sharp till she got to be 100, and she gradually began to slow down mentally. Before that she was adding and subtracting and dividing totally by her own mind, among lots of other activities. Even after her gradual decline she still knew who everyone was, where things were, and so on. Her brain never totally shut down.

I wish you had pointed out that President Biden knows what he is talking about. Whereas trump talks in half sentences and non-comprehensively.

I believe that he did have a mini stroke and they covered it up. He suddenly went to Walter Reed for seemingly NO reason? Nope. Trump doesn't do things like that unless he is forced to as the Republicans made him take the hard Dementia test for Nursing Home patients. So guessing he had a mini stroke which The White House hid from the country. Typical.

Biden comes across to me as an elderly politician with a few foibles of an aging gentleman who is coasting. Trump reminds me of someone who is drowning and flailing to survive , needing mental health care including anti-psychotic meds. I am a retired licensed psychologist with years of experience as a therapist.

Biden has dementia and is brain dead at least half of every day. Without a team holding him up and medicating him, he would be in a long term care facility just like you.

He is mentally sharp enough to keep up with all the requirements of an American President--handling MAGA extremism, Israel vs Hamas, Ukraine vs Russia, Taiwan vs China among others. He is able to keep at least one step ahead of the traitorous Republicans/Putin lovers in America. I'm proud of my President!
