Just like in 2020, it'll make Trump look insane by comparison, and will yield some clips that show that to the country (will you shut up man?). I actually think it was a mistake to stipulate that the mics get cut off when their time is up. Leave Trump's mic on when it's not his turn! It makes him look unhinged and like a kid who literally can't stop talking and it gets on everyone who is watching nerves! But hopefully that won't be too big of a deal. And it also does seem like Trump is desperate for the debates while Biden had all the leverage and pulled the trigger when he felt like it was best to do so.
