@@Grandpa82547 Audio is the sound track of the video, the part you hear. Duff means not correct, not fit for purpose or poor. Audio level is the volume at which the sound is set during editing. On this KZread channel it's very regularly far too quiet so very hard to hear at times. This is so basic! The channel producers should be embarrassed and ashamed by their constant incompetence and failure in providing a reasonable standard of audio levels. Nearly all of their offerings are DUFF!

This is confusing as to what U.S. military weapons can be used inside russia. I agree that I thought Sec. Blinken green lighted the use of such weapons inside russia. I have sent emails to President Biden and Vice President Hariss asking to greet light such use inside of russia. Once again, things get confused when using the internet in getting our most current news.

If it was just a case of sending money to Ukraine, I agree. But it's mostly 60 billion worth of military aid, taken from currently available stocks. That 60 billion stays in the US to pay for new (more modern) replacement hardware for the US armed forces. Military hardware cannot be produced overnight, it needs to be manufactured. The simple fact is that European countries didn't have the stocks on hand in quantity, and still don't have enough of a manufacturing base to quickly produce more on the required scale. The US is the only country with enough stocks to quickly provide the hardware at the required scale. But the European countries are now working on catching up.

@@gerry4b That's a strange statement. Putin was born and raised in the USSR, not Western Europe. Not the same thing at all. As an analogy, I don't think you would say that N. America is the same as S. America.

Good review. Just comment that I am not sure if the Americans have given them enough atacms to really damage Russia to a great extent. Plus also not sure if the Russians would retaliate against US military assets. My guess is probably, but not certain about that.
