im confused about the identification of the second Major low. i dont like to identify this with FIB as it leave too much room for discretionary trading instead of being mechanical. I though by looking at most video that a lower low was confirmed on we break an inducement on a retracement to the upside

Ok im more confused .. so why at 4:54 is that not the “Lower HIgh” that needs to be broken to be a CHOCH? The Lower high formed the lower low that took out the previous lower low … is it because it’s a smaller timeframe?
