Thank you for the information you are sharing please continue to let us know how this new Rand McNally gps performance goes over time. Question… If your mounting bracket broke how are you able to still use the gps going down the road considering how big it is ?

I have this tablet and it did not stay out with the mounting options it came with. I currently have mine on my dash, leaned up against my windshield until I can get some alien tape at a truck stop, but you could also use hot glue (you will have to redo hot glue from time to time). I may just put down a sheet of vinyl and super glue it to that. Or I might try using industrial strength velcro first (holds 10 pounds, you can get it at Walmart in the crafting area). I am still playing with mine, trying to figure out what all it does. I'd love to be able to have it find me PetSmart/Petco locations en route. I imagine a lot of drivers who have pets would appreciate having that as a standard option.

Wondering if it does turn by turn I haul heavy equipment and I would like to input my permit route. Does it do that ?

Does it work????? Over time I lost faith in rand McNally the gps was horrible it would just stop working and be 400 miles behind me. So does it work?

Yeah it’s ok. Works like any other rand McNally. But you really doesn’t do anything different than a 5’ inch one.

Can you download different apps on it like TikTok or Facebook?

How do you edit a route.

Is there a hazmat route option?
