Honestly, what you need for your vehicle depends on a few factors. Biggest being what you already have: look at what your current vehicle offers and what items you have (first aid supplies, jumper cables, tire repair kit, etc). Next look at your daily needs. If you work a simple job and have a reliable sedan, you don’t need to go and buy a modded truck. Take your budget into account, and only buy things you are likely to use. Best way to evaluate what you need is by performing a risk assessment (in short: likelihood of a risk 1-5, severity of risk 1-5, and multiply them together).

Im at 12k miles with the goosetuned ecu now and i still HIGHLY recommend it. For 1200 bucks you get a ton of torque. Must better throttle response and and significantly better shifting. Stage one is just a tune. No need for any supporting mods or anything

Parts availability on those raptors is not great, a lot of the suspension components are proprietary they are not just standard f150 parts and a lot of them are on massive backorder still

As cool as this is, you lose the entire reason for having a truck. At this point you might as well get an expedition or somthing. If you need a top cover why not get just get a flat top tri fold cover along with the decked system?
