Great video and really informative. I was going to go with stock power SAC nozzles for my LB7 but thanks to this video I will be choosing VCO. Your video not only helped me make a costly decision but also taught me a great deal about injectors the pros and cons of both nozzles types. Thank you cheers!

Awesome video, now you need to make one for 6 hole vs 7 hole injectors Cuz you do an outstanding job explaining things.. best explanation I have seen on KZread for SAC vs VCO .. I ordered 150hp SAC and what came in the mail was 150hp VCO and I was pretty upset but now I don’t feel so bad..

Lenny, thanks for this info. In a 6bta marine with 400HP, would that be a SAC nozzle?

Going to be buying more then likely your stage 1 for my 12v next week. Do the economies use a pilot hole? Also if your pulling a grade with a heavy load for a long time can a VCO get too hot? Thanks.

Highly doubt you’ll respond to this but I’m looking at 30% overs on your website for my truck it’s a common rail does that mean common rail are their own thing or does sac and vco matter to common rail stuff too?

Why isnt the industry using more advanced materials like silicon ceramic matrix? Heat doesn't affect that material the way it does regular metals. It's used on jets satellites pcb boards ballistic plating.

I think that's what Hamilton is using in their pistons. Haven't heard of anyone else using it yet.

@Joshua Quilliam I think he uses coated metal on his pistons. I work for a company we machine ceramic parts. Most of it is used for tooling that makes computer micro chips. So much could be made from this material. It cost a lot to produce though.
